  Rushed game and bad puzzle mechanics with no sense of guidance. Had high hopes and it's just dead now. Edit: Based on the developer's responses to people's review, they did fix the slow pace moving to allow running but otherwise some small fixes such as text fixes or even the enemy pacing / make it seem more menacing would make this game a good buy. Hope they keep it up. As of now I probably would wait a bit before buying but it's an okay game none the less.

  Pro's Beatiful Graphics / Visuals for small indie game. Genuine Japanese Voice actors for most interactions and small ingame cutscenes. Decent sounds and background music. Has Achievements, personally i like those being included and wish more small indie game developers would reconsider those. Has more than 1 ending. Con's Some of the items could be ignored accidently due of their size or akward placement making them rather hard to find. Some visual bugs and lighting bugs. Didn't liked the movement speed of the character wish she was slightly faster. Lack of Jumpscares or overall horror. Conclusion: There is definitely room for improvements, gameplay wasn't something extrodinary or mindblowing and there were times the pace was slow but at that price with some of the key features i mentioned i wouldn't call it a bad experience etheir. For His/Her first game it was a good attempt, i'll look forward for improvements and hope next game will be better after players feedback.

  intriguing story that supports the great graphics and scares. Unfortunately the game is way too short and nothing happens at the train station where it's set up to be Pros: +Fantastic graphics and eerie atmosphere on the first level.. Brilliantly sets the tone for the rest of the game. But the game doesn't take that and utilize it. +Interesting story but ends too fast Cons: -A bit dark -Puzzles can be confusing at times -Very Short -Teases for a big game at the start but doesn't deliver Verdict: 6/10 I still reccomend this game because as far as I'm aware, no Teketeke type game exists on the market. Also the developer keeps making edits so I'm expecting he'll add some better updates

  I'm having mixed feelings about this game. It's not necessarily bad, at all, but there are so many things in the trailer and screenshots that don't occur in the game; you can see encounters with Teke-Teke in and around the house for example, but in game you only meet her halfway through the next chapter, which makes me wonder what happened to get such a big difference between the alpha version and release version. Nevertheless, the story of the game is pretty good, the puzzles aren't hard, and there's replayability since there's multiple endings. I was a little disappointed in the lack of jumpscares and animations the ghosts have though, I feel like that part could use some improvements. Apart from that, there are a couple of bugs I've come across, not game-breaking, just annoying to deal with, like getting stuck multiple times and having to spam my crouch and forward button to get out. I believe the environmental artist for this game is Chilla's Art, so nothing to complain about there, again, that eerie atmosphere we've seen in other Chilla's Art games, but with a little twist, this game looks really pretty actually. Update 1.1 made it possible to sprint all the time and made the game a lot brighter, which takes away the immersion a bit, at least for me, I personally preferred the slow movement, but I guess some people like it better that way. Anyway, I think this game is worth its €4 price tag and I'm definitely looking forward to more NyxTales games, hopefully in the future!

  This is one of those instances where a neutral/mixed recommendation would be fitting. Teke Teke is a game that attempts to tell a story involving the well known urban legend of the same name and while pretty to look at and some well done atmosphere, it ends up feeling somewhat underwhelming. More so given the source material it's based on. I may sound as if i'm being a bit harsh on the game since the main studio behind it is run by a single person but given that, it's a decent enough first effort, is fairly cheap and shows a lot of potential for improvement with future releases. That laser eyed dude was a bit silly though.

  I really enjoyed playing this game, the graphics are crisp and clean and the sounds got me really immersed into the game. I normally dont play these kind of games, but i definitely wasnt dissapointed. I really liked the fact that it had multiple endings that really made the game for me. I would 8/10 Recommend to give a try if you are into Japanese Horror Stories ~
