As an emulator platform, we have been cooperating with game manufacturers to combat game cheating and hacking problems, and we are the only simulator platform that has launch the anti-cheat system (TP), we are trying to creating a more fair and safe game environment for players. For games on PC, cheaters have easier ways to apply hacking programs than on mobile games. No platform can avoid this issue, including us. In order to solve this problem, reporting the cheaters through the customer service in the games probably helps more. Please believe that we value our users' voice and thanks for your patience! We will try to be the platform which has the least cheaters cuz we hate them the same as you.:)

We only have English online customer service staff for now. But you can send us screenshot and diagnose file to help us identify the issues, we will add some other languages in the nearly future. Sorry for any inconvenience that may cause.

Please make sure that your hardware meets the following requirements: -1. At least 10G free space. -2. CPU: Intel i5 6400 and above, AMD Ryzen 5 1400 and above, if you are using a laptop, low voltage versions are not recommended. -3. Memory: 8GB and more. -4. Operating system: win7 and above. -5.NVIDIA GTX660 / AMD 7850 and above. If the hardware already meets the requirements but there are still FPS problems, please try to reinstall GameLoop to a faster hard drive and upgrade DirectX.
