  I typed Sim Tower into Steam, Mad Tower Tycoon came up. I am now playing a game that scratches an itch 25 years old. If you were looking for a game that continues Sim Tower, here it is. Thank you dev. I type Sim Tower into steam roughly twice a year, every year--finally my search bore fruit. Your version of the game style, Mad Tower Tycoon, hits exactly and improves in many ways. Bravo.

  Great game so far. Feels like a slower paced Sim Tower with random events and progression added it. I have yet to encounter any game breaking problems which is amazing for early access. Well worth the asking price. 8/10 There are still some minor issues: -Translations like the right side property purchase being in german. -Options menus could use some tooltips. -Not being able to repair(renovate) rooms till they hit 0 this in particular had my media room breakdown right before rent : Priority can be set by settings on the rooms :D -edit was pain and had every one of my offices bail on me. They filled back up soon and im sure ill have to put another in at a later time which should fix that. -Not being able to see areas of influence of the same room when building new ones is a pain. i.e. mantinece leaving you to manually check it. But its still in early access, plenty of time to fix and improve stuff. Well done Eggcode.

  Best Tower sim game since Sim Tower. Needs a littlework here and there but it feels like a full release game already. Support this Dev please because so far Eggcode has delivered 2 very good titles.

  After nine hours of playing, I'm getting to a point in the game where it is just not well developed yet. I have a two star tower and I'm level 27, so I have come pretty far. To expand further I have to build above floor 30 and that's just not possible right now. The lobbies on floor 15 and 30 are bugged, so I can't build them regularely. By using stairs I kind of force the floor to get build so I can keep going. But even after working this out, I'm not able to transport the people up to the higher floors. I got the bigger lifts and worked out a "shuttle" service over four floors each, so that I can have the maxium amount of lifts in my tower(s) - since having one or multiple long lifts will not work, they have to travel to far. But the AI just takes the weirdest paths to get to higher floors, people prefer walking distances and taking elevators in other buildings, some of the workers walk up all 30 floors without using one of the multiple lifts, and they don't just use one stairway, but they switch to another one on the other side of the building and back. With that, they only reach the floors around 10-12 pm, build one room and walk home, since it is late already... I do like the game, and I had fun playing it up to now. But if you are looking for some long-term fun game, I do recomend waiting until it is developed further.

  Soooo I saw this game and thought hmm it looks like a really old game I loved to play from the early 90's published by a company that made quite a few "SimName" hits including one that was called "SimTower". I played the 90's version hours on end building some super sized buildings and missed seeing a modern version of it. Despite playing Mad Tower Tycoon for a short time I started to feel a lot of the magic from the 90's coming back to me that I had felt from SimTower and will be playing this title a lot more in the future :) I just had to stop playing and write a review for others who might be wondering! It does have a couple of awkward game mechanic things that one would be expected in a modern game, stair cases cant be flipped, right click doesn't deselect the building piece you are placing. Those things are really minimal and nice to have's though. Yes it's EA, no... not that "EA", so I would expect things to be updated, tuned, and worked on as time goes by. I look forward to seeing where the dev's take Mad Tower Tycoon!!!!

  Brilliant game ! Here is some complaints. Funny and attractive at first, but as long as I continue, I have to pay more and more time on just waiting for xp up and saving money.In fact, I think it is a little difficult to unlock things. And also I really donot know how to make my visitors stay, for they just have no interesting in shopping or eating. Besides, the elevator lift can never meet the need....they will never use the escalator btw... Chinese here and I hope I make myself as clear as possible. =P

  Before buying, Do realize it's not a "Rome game" that can be completed in a day. It's a game that you will leave your PC on overnight from time to time to boost your money and level without doing anything! The Dev said it's a Sim just like the one he and i (you?) played as kids called Sim Tower. Just as in Sim Tower it's very slow to build up money and prestige (Stars) VERY SLOW! But can be playable ALL day if you know what your doing..... MONEY$$$ STARS***** If you want a lot of money do what we did in the Sim Tower day's. Leave your PC on overnight, I did. Came back to $20 mill and level 20. Not bad for being at $20k and a level 3, before bed. This game is FUN and you DON'T NEED to leave it on for it to be played. but it helps a lot if your not willing to wait. One man team Great job Dev! Can't wait to see Mad Game Tycoon 2!!

  The product is marketed and looks as the new Sim Tower / Yoot Tower. Even some reviews would make that comparison. I want the product to be the new Sim Tower but unfortunately this does not come close. It has the 100 floors, the offices and condos, the theaters and the maintance rooms. But the game design is broken on many parts like pathfinding, balancing (elevators, stairs, needs of specific offices/ condos and disasters) and on graphical level falls short with blurry textures, and seemingly missing objects. It is early access and I should not expect a full game but for me this game cannot be played in it's current form to be enjoyable. I wish the developer best of luck and hopefully this game gets better in the future.

  Feels Empty. I dont know if I didnt give the game enough time, but it really feels like a skinner box. Build a bathroom, build some trashcans, build some offices. Collect money and wait. Then repeat for every floor, the break in the monotony is having to build an extra electrical box. I mean, it WORKS and there are MECHANICS, they just dont lead anywhere. I would describe the game as "Functional". I feel like for 15 dollars, I wanted goals more in depth than having a certain number of restaurant guests a day and watching a dollar amount go up. It is a solid do not buy, for a higher level of engagement get a DOS emulator of the first sim city.
