  Glad to see people who didn't pre order be able to at the least buy the cultist base master level. It would be nice if they didn't lock it behind a pay wall though. I must say though, its my favourite master level of the two. Don't spend more than 5$ on this pack though...

  I'm happy that people who weren't sure if buying the game before it was released was safe can still get the preorder bonuses although they need to pay extra for them let the dooting commence

  I love how people are upset because this content was available after release for a price. How exactly do you all feel cheated? You would rather the rest of the world miss out on this content, just so you can feel a little special? So you can brag that you're the bigger ego maniac because you bought the game before it was released, at the expense of everyone else being able to enjoy it? If you people have these concerns, I think there are much bigger problems in your lives to focus on than showing everyone else how "great" and "important" you are for being suckered into buying the game early. Pathetic. That aside, I am very happy to have access to this, and it was worth every penny. All developers should make pre-order content available post launch, PERIOD. Keep it up id!!!

  Even though I pre-ordered the game, it is nice to see anyone who didn't pre-ordered the game can enjoy this content. I maybe lost pre-order bonus by them making it avaiable to everyone. At least people who didn't had the chance to pre-order the game has the skins and master levels.

  I got this pack primarily for the Cultist Base master level, and I am very grateful it is being released for purchase outside of pre-ordering. The Cultist Base plays one of my favorite combat tracks in the game (fittingly called "Cultist Base"), however the actual enemy encounters for the base level are a bit too spread out or not intense enough to initiate that track. This master level version has a MUCH greater enemy density from start to finish--both in individual encounters and the amount of enemies during those encounters--and so the combat music plays much more frequently. The encounters are also pretty great too. I find it to be much more well-thought-out than the Arc Complex master level (which is free, but tends to just spawn a Pain Elemental during a traversal section, or send a conga line of Imps down a hall at you.) Brace yourself for a lot of Tyrants and Pain Elementals! Though the Marauder and Archvile only appear once each. Stellar fights with a stellar track. I hope to play this level often for stress relief and quick Doom fixes when I need it. Now I may have paid five bucks for the level alone, but the two skins are neat little bonuses to have and make me feel like I'm getting just a little bit more bang for said bucks. The Revenant skin doesn't only replace his cannons with trumpets, but it also replaces his chest-piece with this bronzish metal armor with tubes on it. It's great to see id Software be so relaxed as developers and engage with community memes like this. The Combat Shotgun skin is also nice to have. I enjoy giving that weapon a little more color. Those colors are admittedly just black and brown, but it's completely grey by default. (The unlockable "Praetor" skin that turns it green kinda makes it look like a plastic toy and isn't quite my style.) This classic skin does make it look a bit like the Super Shotgun FYI, though that has 2 unlockable skins of its own and I doubt you'll confuse the two while playing if you know your key-mapping down by muscle-memory. Just a small note if you're very particular about your customization and making every weapon unique, like me lol.

  Worth every penny to support the Devs aka ID. Plus omg how could you not want the original shotgun and doot!
