  I love this game. Over 1200 hours played. But it was abandoned years ago and now the price triples (!) under the guise of Anniversary special sale. Yes, we existing players got a few free skins, which honestly were a total cash grab DLC to begin with. My negative review is purely based on this shameful price increase on a ten year old game. They tripled it.

  I love this game, but what the hell are they trying to pull, marking the price up from $20 to $60 on an old ass game? Listen, Games Workshop - or whoever was backing this idea - we know that you love money, but ffs, this is just scummy.

  Space Marine is everything you need it to be: a cheesy story where you play as the stoic Ultra Blue SPAEZ MARHEENS and engage in combat that switches between third person shooting and hack and slash action almost seamlessly. There may never be a sequel to this game, and maybe that's ok, because this is the kind of game where people will look back on and be like "yeah that game was awesome". EDIT: THERE WILL BE A SEQUEL.

  This game was an absolute blast. There's nothing quite like using a jet pack and a hammer the size of a child to drop like a meteor into hordes of your enemies. The game isn't perfect, but it's well worth playing. The multiplayer also wasn't terrible when it was alive. THAT BEING SAID, the price was recently increased. As fun as this game is, its still a 3rd person gun and sword action game from the early 2010s. And it *feels* like it. Wait for a sale or get a key off of a reseller. A decade-old game is not worth $60.

  Good game but corporate must have given out crack pipes as Christmas gifts to think a 10 year old game is worth full price. I’ll change my recommendation when they put down the rock

  Charging $60 for a game from 2011 is Heresy. Buy this game when it's on sale. Use the money you save on some Grey Knights.

  DO NOT BUY THIS FOR $60. This is the OLD game, and they increased the price to sucker folks into thinking it's the upcoming game. This game was on steam for TWENTY DOLLARS for the past 5 years, often on sale for less than 5. DO NOT BUY THIS FOR $60
