Digital Talent Scholarship (DTS) is a competency development training program that has been provided to Indonesian digital talents since 2018. This program is intended to improve skills and competitiveness, productivity, professionalism of human resources in the field of information and communication technology for the young Indonesian workforce, the general public, and the state civil apparatus in the field of Communication and Digital so that it can increase the nation's productivity and competitiveness in the Industrial 4.0 era, as well as being able to meet the need for skilled workers in the field of technology.

The DTS program is broadly divided into eight Academies, namely:

1. Fresh Graduate Academy (FGA)

2. Vocational School Graduate Academy (VSGA)

3. Thematic Academy (TA)

4. Professional Academy (ProA)
