Saldeo SMART Introduction

Get to know the mobile application intended for users using SaldeoSMART in the online version.

To use the mobile application, you need access to the SaldeoSMART program. Login is possible for both Accounting Panel and Company Panel Users. SaldeoSMART is an innovative program for companies and accountants. See the features available in the mobile application:

-NATIONAL E-INVOICE SYSTEM

Send invoices to KSeF directly from your phone. Mark and check the status of downloaded invoices from the government platform thanks to the "KSeF mini-flow" to be sure which invoices should be posted.

- ADDING and EDITING DOCUMENTS IN PDF, JPG, PNG

Simple and quick - just take a photo of the document directly from the application and it will immediately appear in SaldeoSMART. The document (invoice, letter, contract, order) will be visible in your SaldeoSMART account for both you and your accountant. You can also manually add up to 10 files at a time and immediately assign them to a given type to automate document circulation. Additionally, you can add and edit document attachments and link documents among themselves.

- READING DOCUMENTS

You can automatically read added documents using OCR. This way, after adding the invoice to the document archive, it will be immediately described (number, dates, amounts or contractor's name).

- SEARCHING AND SENDING DOCUMENTS

You need to check a document that you submitted to accounting and you don't have a computer at hand - search for it in the mobile application using various parameters and filters. When you find the document you need, you will see a preview of the scan and you will be able to send it by e-mail.

- ACCEPTANCE OF DOCUMENTS IN CIRCULATION

You will remotely approve documents and forward them to the next stage in the Document Flow, taking into account parallel acceptance, transition conditions, indicating the responsible person and adding a comment. We will inform you about the documents assigned to the User via push messages.

- ISSUING AND SEARCHING INVOICES

Issue a sales invoice, advance payment or proforma in your phone. You can add a new contractor, product or download data from the database. You will mark the GTU code and the JPK procedure on the invoice and send it immediately to your contractor. If you need to check a previously issued invoice, thanks to the search engine you can quickly find it and check it on your phone.

- VIEWING ACCOUNTING SETTLEMENTS

Companies are kept up to date on revenue, costs and profit/loss in the accounting summary. The user can also see the details of the settlement, i.e. the types of taxes/ZUS to be paid and information whether they have already been paid. We keep you informed about new taxes, ZUS and their payment deadlines via push messages.

- PAYMENT CONTROL

Applies to both sales invoices and cost documents. You can enter partial payments. You also have access to a list of the company's unpaid sales and cost invoices along with their summary.

- TASKS

View, edit and add tasks whenever you need it. Push notifications will remind you about the upcoming task completion date.

- AUTOMATIC ACCESS LOCK

Set the time after which access to the application is to be blocked
