  So far with early access I do not recommend this visual novel / game. Here are the pros and cons so far as I see it, I hope this helps you. Pros: 1. I like the idea of a G.P. game and the information it could give if done correctly Cons: 1. I expect grammar and spelling to be perfect when buying a visual novel or game, so far the grammar is deplorable, an editor like me is needed badly 2. As it is now you have to play both the male and female doctor to get all of the achievements, personally I would only want to play the male doctor, so half the game and story really are not my cup of tea 3. So far the story is super short and poorly written 4. The names of the doctors are not able to be changed to names of your preference currently 5. I was able to finish all the achievements in less than two hours at the time this review was written If you are looking for a good adult visual novel on Steam, I would recommend the following instead: Acting Lessions; City of Broken Dreamers; Depraved Awakenings; Love Seasons; Sisterly Lust, and Sylphine.

  While the game is in early access it clearly will have lots of areas that are incomplete or bug ridden, but that said I am very excited for the potential the game has. If you enjoyed the first game in the series or if you'd like to play a visual novel with some rpg elements in the medical field, this game is for you. Could be my imagination, but I felt like the medical aspect is improved over the first, and hopefully the rpg elements will be similiarly improved-upon completion!

  Adult Doctor Sim still in very early development there is a lot of grammar errors and I expect the second game is not as bugged as the first and that the overall quality is increased also want a lot of content.   This note is for those who are not used to this type of games. These games take time to be made, and usually have a story accompanied by renders. With some choices to be made by the player. In general, due to the quality of the renders and the previous game, I know that in the end it will be a good story to be played, and I recommend that you support more and make creative suggestions instead of criticizing. I wish the developer all the best, and I advise you to try this type of game. It's a good game at an affordable and normal price for the genre. Try it.

  This is early access so it's hard to say. Render quality seems a bit better than the first game. Actual content is lacking and I can't tell what the intended game mechanics are. Like the GP 1, this is riddled with bugs. The game ownership has just been passed off to a different company with promises that content and bug fixes will be better and more frequent, here's hoping that's true. For now I'd stay away from the game.

  Very little content and hasn't been updated since October. I hope it hasn't been abandoned. I can't recommend at this time.

  Looks like this doctor is beyond treatment. Last 2 updates have been a begging bowl followed quickly by a change of the name of the publisher, which is possibly an attempt to dodge any redress by denying they were responsible prior to Feb. Steam really needs to do more to police this kind of behaviour.
