  I've played all 4 of the mobile games and this Remake of the first one is top notch. It incorporates much of the improvements made throughout the series lifetime and removes a bunch of tedium when it comes to gathering materials for crafting. If you've played Witchspring 4, you already have a good idea of what to expect when it comes to the game mechanics. The story has been adjusted a bit in order to accommodate some of the new things that were added to the series over time but it's a fantastic entry point to the series. I highly recommend playing this game before playing Witchspring 3 or4, though only 3 is available on Steam as the future games will spoil every previous game. The story in Witchspring 2 isn't that important since it mostly retreads on the story beats from this game but from a different perspective. Anyway I'm rambling by now. The tl;dr is that the whole series is good. This is an unknown and underrated developer that deserves more attention and success. This game is high quality and I look forward to seeing more from Witchspring.

  As someone who played the other WitchSpring games I can tell early on this is the best entry yet. The overall polish is great, plays well on the steam deck, and most importantly; another cute protagonist! WitchSpring is a turnbased RPG where your stat increase based off different training you do. You can also collect pets to help you on you journey or in combat. A job well done by the devs! Now please give the other games the same treatment, a top notch remake that is an upgrade to the original by all standards!

  When I played the one on mobile, I did not sleep. Now I'll recreate the same experience but in HD. Also the training minigames give me life.

  I have played and enjoyed every single WitchSpring game available on Android, so for me this is a no-brainer day one purchase.

  I never play any version of WitchSpring before, I just get to know this game when it released. But after I bought it and played it, I found that the game is very fun! And Pieberry is so cute 😍 ! Storyline and gameplay is great also the characters voice and graphic is amazing! I hope whoever read this comment and haven't buy this game, you should try it!   The game's art style is simply enchanting. The hand-drawn visuals are a feast for the eyes, and each character and location is bursting with personality and charm. Whether you're exploring the lush forests, mysterious caves, or bustling towns, every corner of Witch Spring feels meticulously crafted, creating a truly immersive experience. This game is underrated and needs more recognition. Highly recommend it.

  Now that I finished the game, I have a lot to say about it. The story being quite expansive, the visuals being great. The voice acting the same, the scenes very well made. The battle system much more deep. It goes on and on, so this is a breakdown. Story: Following the deity Pieberry, she finds her way into the world. Facing hardships, making new friends. While all of this flowing along into her role to bring down the pope, and revive the deities. From end to end, it does great with its build up, leading into the more emotional parts as the series is known for. Pieberry is more free spirited, but also matures throughout the game, but does not lose her bright personality. It also shows well, on the cause for the witch hunts. The reason for the characters, and ultimately how they join together. Battle System: It is a lot smoother, easier to navigate the menus. Though, more important;y. The many summons you can gather throughout the game. The game was balanced to slow progression, while also keeping a consistent growth. This made battles more difficult, and needing to take more caution between turns. It also has a number of status ailments which plays into the battle. Knowing when to defend, use Black Joe's function, is important. Also knowing when to take a fall as well. Graphics: Amazingly done, a complete shift to what it was before. And got to say, it was done very well. Music: There are enough in the game, but I did not a lack in them. Nonetheless, what was there was used well. Characters: Each character plays an important role in the development of Pieberry, and they came off quite well. You even see how certain warriors eventually came around to her, and questioned their positions. Weapons/Items, etc There are battle items, crafting spells, healing items, find stuff in the field, etc. Quite a large amount, and you gather certain items from monsters to forge your things. There is even a weapon evolution system. Overall, I did love the game with a few issues to note. Such as there is no post game content(yet), this means the last battle is not saved. It needed a bit more music to it, and so on. Minor issues these are, but to note. It only has one ending, so feel free not to be concerned about using a guide. Just have fun, and enjoy this wonderful game. There are four in the series, with this being a remake of the first game. Also, there is no 100 Day Timer.
