  I love the slow pace of this game and that you're not obligated to do anything, it's your choice what you'll do with those 400 days. Beatiful soundtrack that enhances the feeling and atmosphere of the game. It may not look like that at first, but there's quite a lot of things to do in this game, but don't worry about completing and rushing the game, there's more than enough time to do everything. This game does brilliant job with the concept of time and its passing. It's a nice change of pace compared to modern games and even if you're not a patient person, I highly recommend it. And the Shade smile when his home its decorated is absolutely adorable.

  I enjoyed this game very much. It takes patience. Your shade isn't in a hurry to get anywhere and unless you do some things, time advances in real time. And a couple places, if you linger, time stops. I had fun, playing it in little bits and got pretty far for barely looking anything up. I'll be restarting it to get other endings in the future. Honestly, a good game just be ready to take your time and be willing to play in bursts then come back after some time has passed.

  I used this game to count down my days spent in the army. Not only did it (mostly) work for that (still got ~90 days of service left), it also gave a unique experience I haven't found anywhere else. Mixed in with the peaceful exploration and beautiful music playing in the background, were incredibly emotional moments I was surprised to discover. Play it if you're waiting for something :)

  The game can be forgotten about but it's still running in the background, or at least the timer is, so it will finish anyways. the achievements are pretty easy to get, the only annoying thing is how long it takes to walk but you can open the game tell him to go somewhere, go play a different game or something and by the time you're back, he's where you told him to go (that's only once you have a save of places across the map) I think this is a really good idle game

  You have to be patient to play this game. I do absolutely recommend it, but do recognize that it is very much a purposefully slow-paced game, and much of the game is spent waiting. I love the dark and somewhat spooky atmosphere, and the game does a great job of making you feel absolutely and completely utterly alone. It's haunting in such a beautiful way. It gives you time to breathe and think and feel and exist, and I spent my time in the game ensuring that the shade's home was as wonderful and comfortable as possible (which is the main aspect of gameplay outside of exploration).

  This is a unique and fascinating game experience, almost philosophical in a way. Not for the impatient, obviously ;)
