  The puzzle parts I got to were pretty fun and interesting, but the actual hidden object part was not enjoyable at all. Most things blended together in one big mush instead of me scanning the sea of items. Even with the hint I knew I was never gonna see some items.

  I like hidden object games, and a lot of Frogwares' other games (such as the Sherlock Holmes series). However, this was disappointing. The hidden object sections were poorly made, with artwork that's just not quite well-integrated, as well as some objects that aren't described in a way you can identify them (e.g., "Sigil of Earth" when you haven't seen what any sigils look like). The story is bland, and the actions you take to progress through the story don't have any relationship to the narrative. I had been hoping that Frogwares did a good job with this game, and I played it through to completion, but I just am really disappointed.

  I got here because of a Sherlock game with horrible reviews. I wanted to see why people hated it so much. I kinda liked it. Then I found out this developer creates a lot of these games. They are pretty much the same. Weird how these have good reviews. I suppose it's because people know what they're getting I like this hidden object stuff. I hate it in my adventure games, but in this case the game is built around it. Anyway, it's good. i appreciate the devs

  It's an old school hidden object game. Nothing standout, but I enjoyed my time with it.

  Protagonist who is definitely not drawn based on Natalie Portman saves the world from bunch of evil everyday objects. Can recommend.

  This could have been a great HOG but unfortunately has not aged well, or was designed for early touchscreens. I know steam has it listed as a 2022 game but it was actually released in 2009. This HOG actually has some great and sometimes more difficult mini puzzles to complete. These are not the standard HOG type of puzzles which was a welcome change. The first issue which let this game down are the lack of map navigation aids to assist with direction during the game. What I mean by this is sometimes it can be difficult to determine where to go and what to do. The second issue is the lack of right click during the game becomes cumbersome. For example to release an item from your hand you need to go to the bottom of the screen to bring up the inventory and then left click in an open space to release the item back to the inventory, as opposed to just right clicking to release the item back to inventory.
