i-Gest Introduction

It is an app that works as an add-on to the ERP i-Gest, for Cleaning and Services companies, configurable according to your needs, where all the data resides in the Microsoft Azure cloud. There is no data on the mobile itself, except the App itself.

Each employee can have their App on their mobile or share a mobile / Tablet in each work center, since it is identified with a user number and password, for more security.

The App performs Schedule Control, Quality Control and Incidents, in addition to allowing the management of work orders with the signature of your client and capture of photographs.

There is a Supervisor version for time and quality control.

It has an ERP application on a computer, which is what allows you to configure and review data from the entire application that we are offering you.

Functionalities.-

1.- The signings of the App can be by GPS or Manuals, when there is a forgetting of signing, for example. Whoever supervises will be able to know if a signing is manual, to take the appropriate actions.

You cannot sign, in any way, a start of work or incidence, without completing the previous signing. This would be one of the manual transfer options.

2.- Monthly or according to the dates that you filter, the employee will be able to sign his signings, giving validity to them. This is received by the company, which generates a signature sheet in PDF, which the employee can review on their mobile. Being able to share it by WhatsApp, download it or forward it by email.

3.- Information on incidents at work to take the most appropriate solutions.

4.- Request for Permits, such as vacations or own business.

5.- From the i-Gest application, you can send your monthly payroll to the employee. You receive notice of payroll without review and when you download the PDF, this operation is automatically marked, which is used by the labor inspectorate, as receipt of the payroll by the employee.

6.- Sending documents in PDF, Word, Excel or Image, from the Company to the Employee, and from the Employee to the Company. With verification checks of the reception and notifications by email to the company or in the mobile app itself, for the employee.
