IKEA Navigate Introduction

The digital navigation app will allow users to view the indoor map of the store, search for departments or facilities and navigate to a selected destination. Indoor “blue-dot” navigation shows real-time positioning of the user and provides turn-by-turn directions between an origin and a destination.

Multi-destination routing allows users to select and navigate up to seven destinations in one itinerary, routing them in the fastest order in relation to location. Users can favourite frequently searched destinations and/or quickly search for popular points of interest via the categories option.

The app works on-site but also allows users to do a virtual walk-thru before arrival.
