Random Pokemon Generator allows you, the Pokemon Master, to choose the type, or the Smogon inspired tier, default to Anything Goes if this doesn't interest you. Meaning, if you want to run an all Ice team within the Never Used Tier, pick those options, pick which Regions you want to include and whether legendaries are acceptable and click generate!
