Hukum Pidana Islam Introduction

Traditionally, the definition of criminal law is "a law that contains rules that contain the necessity and prohibition against offenders who are threatened with punishment in the form of bodily torture" (Samidjo, 1985: 1). Definition of Islamic Criminal Law

The word Jinayat is the plural form of the word jinayah, which means the act of sin, crime or violation.
