  Might as well drop a review while the sale's on.~ The game's a hoot, don't be too quick to judge based off of supposed content, as the settings are quite effective in disabling content one might not want to see. Onto the Real review, It's rare to find a Management or VN style game in a general fantasy setting, rarer even more to find one where you decisions actually matter... Throw on top you play as what would usually be a villain protagonist, and you might as well have found a unicorn. Though Noble, or Self-serving villains as a whole typically don't get the option to give mostly effective therapy to the denizens of wherever they terrorize. Won't say much more than that, but give a the Demo a shot, played it before the game hit steam, a few years back, It's most of the game, repeatability and all, but the real meat of the effects of the player's agency comes where the demo ends. The game is still in development, but most things are now-adays, but unlike most things the small team is quite active in their community all the talent that goes into the game genuinely enjoy and interact with the community as well! Doesn't hurt that the wonderful team behind Ravager love community feedback, and are more receptive than any other Dev I've spotted in a long time. Cant go wrong with hanging about the game, and yes, this Review is light on details, but thats due to two things, 1) Spoilers do matter the world in which the game takes place has a rich lore, and the effects of your choices may come back to haunt or help you. 2) there's a bloody "Demo" available with no restrictions on playtime, practically a free game on it's own, as it's still updated in-time with current development. Give it a try, Like most things in life, cant say everything inside's for everyone, and I cant' spend a day n' a half gushing about it. ( Read: Shouldn't )

  Brief summary: you're a dragon. You roam the land on a quest for vengeance and power. You have a huge dragon c*ck, more than a foot long. You use it. A lot. Consenting partners are optional. Because you're the dragon. You do what you want. That makes [i]Ravager[/i] sound pretty brutal. And it can be. Just take a look at the preferences screen and you'll see what you can get up to. But it's also a far more complex experience than just a parade of depravities. As a dragon, you are power incarnate. Power that can crush, kill, destroy, defile, and devour. But on the other hand... you could not. That same power can be used to protect, to defend, to care for and even to comfort your harem of medieval waifu. And you will probably wind up with a harem, regardless. This [i]is[/i] a porn game, and never forgets that. The sexy times are always front-and-center. I could name some horny games that make you click through an hour's worth of exposition before getting to the good stuff, but not here. You can bang two different women just in the prologue. Then once you get out into the open world, you're finding new potential "conquests" everywhere you go. While none of them are especially original- they all draw from traditional fantasy/medieval character tropes- they're masterfully realized, in large part thanks to skilled writers and an uncommonly talented voice cast. The main story is surprisingly deep as well- piecing together the lore and backstory of the world and trying to figure out what's going on beneath the surface of the central conflict is almost as much fun as the sexy times. Later in the game you go to war. This adds an additional dimension to the gameplay, with mechanics that are just complex enough to be involving without upstaging the bonage. And make no mistake, [i]Ravager[/i] is all about the bonage. Early encounters are transient- usually you don't even know your partner's name first time you bang 'em. Later, after you've set yourself up in a lair, you can return to your women and invite them to live with you, deepening your relationship. Or you can abduct them and lock them up as sex slaves. In nearly all circumstances, both options are available, and what's more, they're both rewarding in their own ways. That's not common in porn games- most of them are about either nasty protagonists abusing their waifu ruthlessly, or nice ones cultivating wholesome relationships. It's rare to find one that tries to have it both ways, and rarer still to find one that succeeds, but [i]Ravager[/i] does. That farmgirl you chance to find, all alone at night brushing her horses, can be thrown down and savagely r*ped, brutalized so hard she'll remember the violation for the rest of her life. Or, on the other hand, you could approach her with a simple proposition and a touch of civility, and discover that once she catches her breath, she is [i]absolutely[/i] down for some dragon sex. Either way, [i]Ravager[/i] does not judge. You do you, dragon-boy. So many games- not just porn games- promise that you'll be able to "play your way", but then cheapen it by either offering a clearly optimal path, or railroading you through the story in such a way that all choices become irrelevant. But [i]Ravager[/i] shows that it can still be done right, and when it is, the story is all the more meaningful, because it's [i]yours[/i]. If you wind up molesting the princess' chambermaid, it's not because the author decided it's time for some sex, it's because [i]you[/i] decided you want her more than the breakfast she brought you. If you wind up just walking away from the woman you have pinned to her bed instead of just r*ping or killing her, it's not because the scene wasn't implemented, it's because [i]you[/i] thought it would be unnecessarily vile. When you ambushed the big-chested girl and forced her to tit-f*ck you, that was all you. When you went back to rescue her from someone who demanded much worse, that was you too. Not every choice has consequences, as such, but every choice has weight and purpose. And every choice has rewards, too. It all comes down to what you hope to get out of it. For a stark example: what happens when the assassin that's been chasing you for half the game is finally defeated and at your mercy? Do you give her a quick warrior's death? Or do you force her to submit to you? Do you prey upon her private traumas, the scars of a life spent hunting monsters and being hunted by them in return? Do you stick the knife into her psyche and twist and twist until she crumbles to pieces and just gives up? Or, instead of all that... do you reach out your hand to her, and try to lift her out of this hole? See if, perhaps, you can teach her to smile again? Which is the more thrilling power fantasy? That's up to you. Because you're the dragon. You do what you want. (But you totally want to play nice with that farmgirl. Trust me on that one.)

I would describe this game as perfect for a degenerate like myself. The sheer number of ☑ it ticks alone, is proof of that. Frankly I could have added more ticks if I wanted to be super thorough with each female archetype but that would make the checklist too long :) Notable Features: [1] Right of the bat you can click on scenes, and click on unlock all. So for those of you who are not interested in the story or playing the game and unlocking scenes, you can get your content right away. [2]The ability to select content; like many other adult games, Ravager lets you select which content you wish to see, Don't like rape? gore? Incest? or perhaps homosexual sex, no worries there, just turn it off, always accessible to turn off and on in the preferences menu. [3] Walkthrough; all be it in everyone's least favorite PDF format, its still there for those who want to finish the game legitimately but need a little push in the right direction. [4] Voice's! Yes, unlike many, many visual novels, this one actually has some voice acting in it, its not perfect and not all lines are voiced, but its still a huge bonus from the regular visual novels with no voice acting. A little about the story and the general feel of the gameplay; You are a dragon, yup, the protagonist or should I say antagonist in this particular story is a dragon, meaning all sexual content with every man or women is with a dragon, Please take that in to account before buying the game since that may not be to everyone's liking. The outline of the story goes something like this, you are to become the next king of your kingdom, but as soon as you hatch some lame'o shows up and you have to escape, the rest of the game you spend collecting sex slaves and getting stronger to eventually conquer the land and take your rightful throne. Obviously there is a lot more to it but I wouldn't want to spoil too much. The gameplay feels like a visual novel with the exception that its railroaded, you get to choose which areas to visit and depending on various variables you can trigger different scenes in each areas during certain times. To those of you who want to unlock as many scenes the first time around as possible, I recommend not eating the girls you meet (DUHH) and more importantly unlock your hideout before visiting any other areas so you can capture each girl for your dungeon.   Ignore my playtime, I played the itch version and bought here on Steam to support the devs. To be honest, I had zero expectations when I first started up Ravager. I expected another nondescript adult game like so many others. Oh boy, I was wrong. Soon, I found myself playing for hours and hours on end, whenever I had a spare minute. The adult content is fantastic and I love that some features can be turned on/off, depending on preferences. The gameplay is interesting and it's a fun idea to conquer the kingdom bit by bit. The small management aspects of keeping your followers happy were cool, too. More than once I found myself giggling at the jokes strewn throughout the game. But more importantly, this game has *soul*. I mean it. The writing is wonderful and the romance options are endearing, charming and varied. They all have unique, sparkling personalities, expressed through dialogue and behavior. I believe there is an appealing option for nearly anyone out there, no matter what your "type" is. I play lots of RPGs, visual novels and adult games, but I rarely grow this fond of any characters. It felt like I could truly choose between keeping things at casual sex or starting an actual relationship that can have a future. For me, Darja was the best of them all. I absolutely love her to bits and was genuinely sad when I finished chapter 4. I can't wait for more! And more Darja content, please. Like, I want to make her my queen. I have to. Please. Yeah, I proudly simp for Darja. I can, in fact, get more cringe. #Darja4ever. There.

  Honestly, Ravager has been one of the best H-games I think I've ever played. I put off getting this game prior to it coming to Steam and I'm both glad and sad that I did. Glad because there has been a load of content to satisfy me and it seems more fleshed out. Sad because man it's a good fuckin' game. So let's get to a Good/Bad list. +Good+ + The story has dragged me in (came for the cum, stayed for the story.) Absolutely fantastic story with enjoyable characters along the way. +Freedom of choice when dealing with scenes +The character art, by this I mean the characters themselves and their little portraits. They're cute and match the game very well +The music, good lord the soundtrack hits so hard at points. +Replay ability +Ability to turn on/off certain fetishes +Animated characters and some Animated H-scenes -Bad- - The voice acting, some of them are good/fine and others are torture to the ears. Not the voice actors fault, more of the quality of their recording soft/hardware to blame - The actual H-scene artwork, this is the biggest negative to me. The artwork is there and it's not "bad" but the art style just doesn't fit the rest of the game. Characters share a slight resemblance to their H-scene versions (meaning, "I guess they could be the same person if I squint hard enough.") and some of them do not match at all (this is a big issue with the Inquistrix and the Witch). Really wish their was an alternative art choice. (maybe a future mod?) All around Ravage has been a joy to play and I will continue to update/correct this review as the game changes, yet again one of the best H-games I've played and has truly drawn me in with it's story and characters.

  i have been following Ravager for almost a year now and i have to say the game is extremely impressive. the art is top notch and the characters are very fleshed out and you really get to know them as you play though the game, they even interact with each other is various ways which ties everyone together really well. the story has also consistently surprised me with how good it is especially for a game in this sort of genre and cant wait for the full release 10/10 would highly recommend

  Ravager Review

  Ravager is a NSFW visual novel with light RPG elements that lets you play as a male feral dragon on his quest to gather power and allies, which will decide the fate of his kingdom. In order to do this, you have to decide if you are going to be an evil dragon and rape everyone in your path or a good one, and have rough consentual sex with the NPCs. In case that you haven’t figured it out, this game includes lots of bestiality, which can mostly be disabled on the settings menu. It also has some optional extreme content as: gore, mutilation, rape and incest that you can disable at the start of the game or in the menu at any point of your play-through.

  Questions you might have if you're interested in playing it:

  <*>What is it exactly that you do in the game? You explore a map via classic visual novel menus, gathering allies and experience points that allow you to improve your speech skills, allowing you to resolve situations with charm and persuasion or with intimidation and violence. Something that I really appreciate about this game is that around half of the dialogue is voice acted… not all of the voice acting is “good” but at least the devs took the time and spent some money implementing it. That is a huge plus in my book. <*> Will it make my eyes bleed? It’s going to depend on how much you like the game’s 2D artwork. I personally appreciate the intention behind the chibi-like art style on the portraits to try to make the character more relatable, but for me it feels a bit cheap. As someone that loves to buy art from indie artists on the internet, I can tell that this artwork is on the budget side. The background artwork is also on the cheaper side but in a NSFW game, that part is not that important. As for the artwork on NSFW bits. It’s by far the more detailed artwork on the whole game and I consider it to be “just fine”. <*>Does it have a good story? For NSFW standards, it’s fine. You have lots of interesting NPCs and there is a lot of flexibility and possible outcomes for most of the game’s choices, which is something that I can appreciate. But just be honest, this is just an excuse to see lewd artwork and pretend to be a dragon for a few hours. <*>Does it have a good soundtrack? The OST is fine. My biggest complaint is that most of the time, by default, it drowns what the characters are trying to say. But beyond that it didn’t annoy me. I love the main title theme. I have no idea if the tracks are royalty free music, but I liked them. <*>Does it have replay value? Ravager took me around 4 hours to complete and it has plenty of replayability value. Most of the choices that you make after the first hour have meaningful consequences. There is also plenty of hidden content that you can easily miss on your first playthrough that you can try to unlock in a second or third one. <*>Does it run well? It runs flawlessly. There is not much else to say. It’s a game that is not very demanding and I didn’t have any problems with it. <*>Is it fun? It’s fun enough. Your enjoyment of this game is going to depend on your tolerance for visual novel games.

  Is this game worth my hard earned money?

  This type of game is extremely niche and I think that for $15 this game is a bit expensive for the content that it currently offers. But to be honest I’m not the target audience for this type of NSFW games, I really didn’t enjoy watching a feral dragon having sex with random NPCs in this game. But I know people that would kill for this type of game. My recommendation is that if you are interested on this game and you think it will fulfill your kinks, wait for a sale. One more thing, I will give the game’s devs credit, they give you the walkthrough for free, this is something that other lesser devs sell you as an extra. The support that this game receives is great, my respects for the devs. Rating: 6/10 The game is decent.

  All of the porn bits could be removed and I'd still really appreciate this game's existence. The "power fantasy" mode is perfect for me, though I still am grateful that there's a more challenging option. It's still being worked on at the time of this review, and I expect (read: hope) that work will continue for at least a couple more years. This game has everything an ageing dragon ever dreams about. <3
