  it is a very fun game, it is like Luck Be A Landlord as a rouge-like luck-skill based game and i love it. please buy it, it is cheap, the dev is very friendly and open to criticism, and you will love it

  Plinko Panic is unique approach to the rogue-like genre. It currently has 18 different levels with hours worth of content and tons of in-depth strategies! I would highly recommend this game, especially if you can get it on sale. Note: I know I have low playtime on this game but most my playtime was during the beta.

  There is no play with the pins besides RNG. Bosses hit for more than maximum health. Just not fun like other RNG games.

  Since there's currently no saving and no real gameplay/board customisation options, this is a good game to play for a few minutes while waiting for some other game, which is not only how I've been playing it but also about the only way I can play it as I find it so absolutely frustrating, those few minutes are about my limit. I'm not a pachinko expert but I can enjoy watching balls fall from the top of the screen to the bottom as much as the next person. What makes this game miserable is the rougher aspects of the roguelike features. Getting a terrible string of enemies, damage every turn in large amounts, not knowing you're a dead man walking because you got a pretty terrible board that forces you into wasting your time defensively, most mobs have abilities you can't counter at all, etc. The bonus items and saving a ball each round helps, but I don't feel like it's enough to balance how otherwise futile and arbitrarily difficult it feels sometimes. I'm still recommending it though because it's still early access and despite how aggravatingly pointless I find it, I continue to play it anyway.

  Thus far only have a little more than an hour into this one. As someone who has played all the roguelikes that are there to play on one system or another, I can say this one is special. At full price ($7.99) it’s worth the cost of admission. The purchasing of the little plinko balls, upgrading of the store for higher quality ball types, enemy attacks scaling over time and attempting to control the colors of the pegs (or even their presence at all) makes for a really great game. Are there things that could definitely be added for improvement/QOL purposes? Sure. But honestly, I’ve paid much more for much worse. This one is still in EA and it seems that the dev hasn’t abandoned it and is actively working on “a big update”. I’m happy to hear that and to see what that might include. Get it. Support this dev and this cool and unique game,… if you’re into Rogues and want something nice and casual. Hopes for small QOL additions in the game: -Pause menu. -Ability to save mid-run. -Ability to see previous Plinko ball used. -ACHIEVEMENTS! All day!! (this game would be great for them!) -Steam Trading Cards and badges. I’d happily buy them and support the dev in this small way as well, if/when implemented.
