While you're not going to be able to do as much as you would manually coding, yet, there is a lot of use cases. The screenshots on the store page aren't up to date and arguably aren't reflective of the program at all in its current state. The program has a much better user interface and uses a blueprint system akin to that of Unreal Engine. Just think flow charts and that is exactly how it is. It's natural to use but is lacking examples. Right now only one example of a command is packaged into the application, this needs to be improved, as well as documentation. Overall, I like the program and can see myself using it a lot. I've spoken with the main developer and a big update is planned soon, so keep a look out for that. At it's current price, it's a bargain. Just be sure to run the game as the BETA version, just google "Steam game beta properties" and instructions will be there, just the game in this case will be DBB. I'll update this review over time.   Its a very powerfull program if you know how to use it. For problems or questions you can always ask the communuity on the discord server and you will usually get a suitable answer.

  Discord bot builder is a good program. After spending a few more than 200 hours working with it, i can confidently say that, in its current state, it is better than Discord Bot Maker (which will be referred to as DMB from here on out), DMB being a program that i have 2000+ Hrs in, they both definitely have their pros and cons, but in my opinion DBB (Discord Bot Builder) ultimately comes out on top. Not only is DBB more intuitive to use, it also does not require the use of mods, whereas with DBM (which is largely considered to be the best discord bot maker) does require the use of mods to do a tonne of basic things. With that said, if there is some "action" that you want to use in the bot making GUI, both give you the opportunity of making and adding them yourself, which is a huge plus, granted you know basic javascript DBB is currently in early access, but, i feel like i should mention that, untill i was reminded about this fact in their discord, i genuinely forgot. It feels like a piece of software that is ready for release. Using DBB is simple, but it definitely is conducive to allowing much larger commands/systems/games. For instance, Ive made a fully working game of blackjack, which did require around 300 "blocks". But here lies the first "con", which, according to the author "MrGold", will be solved or at least mitigated when 1.0 releases, the performance. The performance for small projects is amazing. 10/10. BUT when you get bigger systems/commands in place, there is a noticeable drop in performance. In my earlier example, the game of blackjack that had ~300 blocks, there was a solid 5-8 second freeze whenever i added a new block or action. WITH THAT SAID, This product is still in early access, and, as far as i can tell, this is the only problem DBB in its current state. Bugs (when they are found) are usually solved pretty quickly, and if you have any suggestions for DBB, they do have a suggestions channel in their discord server. All in all, id rate it a 8/10 It is good, and i do see it getting better as we inch closer to release.

  An amazing tool to create Discord bots. Definitely recommend it to people who want to make their own bots but don't know how to start.
