  I already love the concept and many of the items I can find. I can't wait to see what else you guys do with the game. And although I didn't play it too long because I'm not much of a horror game, do you think it'd be possible to get multiplayer? I get that the lore doesn't really have multiple wanderers together but then again the lore is massive.

  This game is unlike any backrooms game that we have gotten so far but it needs work. The game definitely has potential and I feel like if it gets the proper attention it can be an amazing game. The controls feel kind of janky and the item and character models could use some work, along with the guns and shooting but the bow and arrow works great. I also recommend a seperate ammo storage instead of it taking up the item slots. Overall an ok game with great potential

Although it's not advertised by the dev, I'm pretty confident it uses the VRGK for Unreal Engine. If you are familiar with the Virtual Reality Gamekit, then you know it has pretty good, if janky, sandbox physics for VR. In theory, this allows for the dev to focus on the game design versus spending time trying to re-invent the wheel. What this means is that this game already has a certain feel to it that anyone who has played around with VRGK will instantly recognize. You can do cool stuff like shoot a balloon gun and float up in the air or use a thruster gun and hover around the air or use a crowbar to hang from a ladder and pull yourself up and then zip line down a cable with the crowbar in hand. You can grab the toolbar from different areas of the tool. You can use a tool that is like a suction cup to wall climb that is the coolest tool in my opinion. The gameplay outside the VRGK toolkit is difficult to describe. It's a horror game. Each level has different tasks. You basically have to find a way to find or open the "no-clip" zone. There's just so much variety and I barely scratched the surface in my 2 hours of gameplay. In one level, I had to find all the levers and after I pulled them all a ladder opened up that I could climb to a higher floor. Once there, I had to find the secret area and carry the right item to open up the "no-clip" zone. In the meantime, all kinds of creepy stuff happened. Your sanity meters goes down and you have to drink almond water to regain your sanity & health. Game is running on the Unreal Engine. On my RTX 3080, on the highest settings available, I was getting mostly 90 fps. I did experience one serious bug where the level did not load after hitting a no-clip zone. Also, you have to manually exit the game from the Steam interface in order to stop the executable. You do have full locomotion, as well as smooth and snap turning available. You can play seated, but I recommend standing because the holsters can be a bit finnicky otherwise. This is an experimental game in Early Access. So it has a lot of jank. The gameplay can also be confusing, but I suggest just reading the notes that are lying around to figure out how to exit the level. I had fun, especially for $5 USD. Since there's so much of the game I haven't experienced, I don't feel comfortable scoring the game. However, I do recommend it.   very cool i swear there is like 10000000000000000000000000 levels and they dont stop coming with new updates also if the dev sees this is there TH3 SH4DY GR3Y if not could you add also m1 garand and m79 grenade luancher that would help the game alot

  game runs smoothly but clunky as FUCK with clearly very little thought put into quality of life for basic vr controls. movement? the game tries to act like bone works with the using thumb stick to lower self to the ground or stand up. simple enough. but then to turn? u have to push the thumb stick in and then angle it around. that is by far the WORST style of turning for a vr game ive ever seen. the game was made for oculus controllers so if u have any thing but that dont play. theres no option to change control lay out to fit other controllers other than useing community control lay outs which is just a vr devs lazy way of putting a band aid on the problem. guns? they look nice but itd be nice if they would work. idk what it is with mag fed guns in this game but the mag always just fell out no matter what. the second i picked it up the mag ejects it self. also the shotguns mechanically make 0 sense, shooting 3-4 shots before needing to be pumped like how does that make sense. height? if ur above 150cm you will struggle to play this. as the doorways in the tutorial are far to small to fit in. im over 189cm so bending down into door ways is normal for people my height but still annoying regardless. backpack system? horrible. only 6 slots and each of them can be taken up by a single item no matter how big or small. i dont get why games have to copy the walking dead saints and sinners back pack system, its horrible. the only one thats made sense is into the radius'es backpack where its weight based not slot based. if slot based backpack system is all you know how to code at least give us a respectful amount of slots like 9 or 10 to start with and then some upgrades to expand it later on, paradox of hope and saints and sinners understood that.for a game with a pretty nice crafting system those 6 slots will not be enough i bet. i say that cause i didnt even get into the game cause the controls were just that frustrating to use. conclusion? im not getting a refund cause this game did just come out so it needs some refining, i get that. i just want it gets fixed soon cause ive been wanting a vr backrooms game thats actually good. i can see that there was some effort and thought put into this game to not make it like a regular cookie cutter backrooms game with some depth. but whats the point in releaseing it on steam if it only supports 1 type of vr controller? out of the many types of controllers out there. it should AT LEAST support vive (wands and controllers), index and oculus as those 3 i would say are the most used on steam. so all i can hope for now is the devs stay true to their word of weekly updates and hope the game gets patches for all this soon. 4/10 very nice visually with some clear depth to the game but needs a QoL update for other controls and a new turning control lay out
