  Love this game. I love that Dev is making it so we can place items on counters for decorations. Now we just need more furniture options =)

  Its early afternoon and I spot a wrecked car on the deserted road. I open the hood, and locate the engine. I need the battery and the sparkplug, but its gonna take time to dismantle. Im getting nervous. Putting my face down in the engine for several minutes is dangerous in this world. I look down the road..nothing. I look up the road...all quiet. Ok, lets do this. I dig in and start to remove the parts. 15 min later Im done. I look up the road...nothing. I look down the road...mist in the distance! Its creeping closer and closer. Panic is building up! I need to find a shelter...fast! The car is not an option. I see a garage in the distance. Run! Im almost out of breath when I reach the building. Luckily the doors and windows are complete and in order. I shut the door behind me, and take cover beside the window. The mist is covering the garage completely, and an eerie silence fills the room. Im fixed at the window, nervously looking for any sign of danger. For several minutes there is nothing but silence. Then a faint humming noise...something is moving in the distace. I press my face against the window, stare into the mist...and my heart suddenly jumps! Out of the fog comes the infected. First one, then several others. They surround the garage and scratch at the walls. They know I am there, but they can not get in. Im nervous, but still feel safe. What a great feeling. 10/10

  The guys trying. I mean he's *really* trying. To me the dev of this game seems to have a lot of real life issues or problems pertaining to time. And for a game developer who *was* working alone, I think he's working with a small team now, I wouldn't be hard on that. Considering everything, it's a pretty solid game, and the updates do come, they're just obviously very slow. If you like early access games, and you don't mind waiting a long time, and you enjoy The Forest to some degree, I think you'd like this game, and it's worth the money. If you want content more consistant and ready, I would pass on this for now, maybe put it on your wishlist, and come back to it when it's more your speed. The game itself is very engaging. The bandits aren't impossible, they can be hard, some are easy. Just a matter of aim, patience and observation. The mist gets you off guard, absolutely. You kind of have to be ready to hide somewhere if you're not ready to run through it or don't have a car yet. Bears are the spawn of everything unholy, in every friggin' game. This ones no different. I'd be more terrified of bears than the crawlies. Building is fun. A little limited in selection, but at the same time, use your imagination. lol Definately does need a little more love. Overall, it's worth it if you like early access stuff. If you don't, save it, I feel like it'll be worth it to you later on.

  I don't play many games, but at 65 I really like Mist Survival, It may not be for the young hot shot gamers but it's good for me, my keyboard skills have improved and now I think I have to upgrade my PC :-). I just wish Leo didn't keep getting stolen :-) look forward to the upgrades.

  Mist is a great start on a good Zombie survival/crafting type game. Its quite similar to 7 days to die but I like the graphics style and over all game atmosphere better so far. There are no minibikes but you can fix up and drive cars which I also like better. One thing to know before you buy Mist is that there is pretty much no tutorial to speak of at the moment. This isnt a huge deal since all I did was start a new game once I had made my mistakes and figured things out better. I keep seeing other reviewers complain that multiplayer hasnt been instituted in Mist yet. Well, Im not sure that it ever will be. Right in the main description for this game it states as clear as day that its a single player game. Im ok with that too since I prefer to play single player in all my games. So anyway, for the small price, Mist is a great deal. Its fun enough as is and if the devs keep on going with it, I cant see how they can go wrong. Even if you dont like to buy EA games, Id put this one on my watch list.

  great game however would even be greater if there was coop ......gets kinda old in single player tbh
