  It's a flawless experience. The combat is awesome and intense. Graphics are breathtaking, even in 2022! There are many gorgeous environments depending on the sector you are on. Looting and crafting are enjoyable. Exploration can be as well, if you're keen on investigating every floating structure in space. Lots of different items, enemies, places, ship upgrades, etc. I definitely recommend!

  The game doesn't work with a controller or stick, at least it didn't work with mine, and in any event it tells you the game is designed to be played with a mouse and keyboard. Optimized for such, even. Then the tutorial be like (I don't remember the exact commands but it was something like this): "Use the mouse to point your ship and WASD to move it. Hold down shift to boost. Hold down '1' to lock onto a target. Use the middle mouse wheel to blah blah. When in combat, first use this weapon to destroy shields, then press '3' to select the next weapon to destroy the hull, then press '2' to select your original weapon to repeat with your next opponent while all the time you're turning and avoiding asteroids and gunfire in a dogfight." Dev! How many f*cking hands do you think I have over here?

  I like this game. it is beautiful, entertaining, and exciteting. The story is pretty good, the situations varied and very well structured, and I really love the rougue-like nature of the game. I'm not even sad about the fact that you can't get bigger ships. However, I HATE the RNG enemy encounters, the cheap tactics, and how frustrating the game ends at not due a lack of ability, but just pure BS happening most of the time. I cannot bring myself to end it because I thoroughly dislike how cheap the difficulty is. It doesn't matter if you have all the augmentations, best weapons, best tactics, and best everything else, a gang of drones will end you as two more groups jump from out of nowhere and enemies gang up on you at the speed of light. Otherwise my personal dislike, I give it a 7/10.

  It's a dog fighting space game for people who like using a mouse, power sliding and impressive explosions. It's a testament to how fun it is that dying repeatedly doesn't feel cheap. All fights are winnable you just have to be constantly moving and spatially aware at all times.

  I played this game couple of hours and must say it's really good. First of all it's well optimized! Even on native Linux with Mesa drivers and GTX 1050Ti goes smoothly. Game size on HD is around 11GB which is good. I see there lot of efforts put into optimization. Regarding story and game play, the story might by little boring. There's not so many special events which may be attractive from player perspective. You basically spawn & die, and again, which for me is not a very successful idea. On that well made graphics & optimized game better to see Wing Commander, Privater or Freespace alike story.

  I recently completed the game. When first playing this game, i had a blast getting trough the first few sectors with trial and error, and enjoying the destructible environments. by the time i got to the DNA collection endgame, i had essentially seen everything though. and took a hiatus. The game really needs some concurrent storylines running or optional things to do while you're focusing down the main goal. As far as difficulty goes, i'd say it's just right. you have a big impact on the difficulty via the 3 settings yourself. however, less difficulty means less enemies, which means less money, less equipment, less fuel. The real enemy in this game remains collision damage though. Still the best roquelike i've played so far. pretty good.

  MAR-VEL-OUS For those, who love single-player spaceship shooters- this game is an excellent choice! Graphics/ missions/ atmosphere- an absolutely divine game
