Tanpura Drone 簡介

Tanpura Drone is a software version of string instrument Tanpura. Tanpura is one of the oldest accompanying instrument in Indian Classical Music. Drone sound thus produced is being used in the musical performance.

Tanpura Drone is very simple to use. We have tried tour level best to keep it very simple in the navigation. Request you all to let us know the updates which you requires in the app. So that we will incorporate the same in our coming versions.

The controls which are being used in the app are as follows.

Buttons : All 12 buttons represents the pitch/scales of the sound. This is absolute note on which tanpura is tuned.

Volume: Volume of Tanpura (It also depends on your phone volumes.)

Check Box: The two note PA and MA represents the relative notes with respect to the chosen scale/pitch.

This app includes real sound of Tanpura with all the scales.

You may relax with full meditation or practice indian classical music with this app.
