  This game is TERRIBLE, it is LAGGY as heck, and I have a very beefy PC, with more than enough GPU and CPU to run it. I keep persevering, hoping that it would fix itself. I also went through countless times resetting my GPU and CPU, eventually I gave up. I then asked for a refund STRAIGHT AWAY. I had 3.3 hours of game play and the date of purchase was 10 days previous to when I requested the first refund, I had originally thought that the conditions for a refund was 5 hours or less of game play time and requested 14 days or less from the purchase date. I have since then requested refunds COUNTLESS TIMES, explaining that the game was crashing and that I have NO DESIRE to play this game anymore and that it was A WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY, WITH NO SUCCESS!! After further inspection into the refund terms and conditions, I now know that a refund is typically not accepted for games that have over 2 hours of game play, but I'm disappointed that my request for a refund was not accepted, even though I had a legitimate reason for a refund. I hope that Steam does better next time.
