  Purchased during a sale. Even then, its price feels like too much for what it is. Despite the early access tag being removed, it still needs a large amount of bug ironing. I'll avoid talking about the game's humor, because it's not for me. Gameplay is tolerable, although any sustained-fire weapon (Half of the arsenal,) feels incredibly weak and inaccurate, which would be fine, because your starting pistol instantly kills any enemy with a headshot, but around Thursday, it inexplicably takes an entire magazine and an extra bullet to kill a singular, normal enemy. Needs some work. For now, wouldn't recommend, even on sale.

  At its price point and its state, I cannot recommend this game. The price is way too high for what feels like an early access beta. I love Postal and there is a good game underneath all the bugs and loading screens, you can clearly see the passion and appreciation for the franchise, but it really needed a few more years in the oven before release...

  [Updated review] I bought this game on launch for a few reasons. Nostalgia for Postal 2, respect for the developer going indie, and because I believed in the developer's vision. The game was incredibly bare, with one major component missing: pee physics. So in my initial review this was, of course, my one request. Updates came and went. Quality of life updates, loads of new content, but the same static pee. Grand Theft Auto has world-class AI; DOOM has graphics so incredible you'd think you were really in Hell if the soundtrack had been jazz; Cyberpunk has deceptive marketing; where was our killer feature? Now, finally, it is here. As of today, your pee is no longer imprisoned against its will to the brick it lands on. The streams run free my friends. The developer has finally proven that they are listening, they are driven, they are bold, and, most importantly, they have made a game that deserves your hard-earned dinero. A true masterpiece like this should not be passed by, nor should its technical achievements be understated. Thank you, RWS. Maybe the world ain't so bad after all.

  BEFORE READING ANY OTHER REVIEW THIS IS MORE THAN EARLY ACCESS! THIS IS A PROTOTYPE! You're basically paying right now to support RWS devs so they can make the dream come true. Give it a lot of time and with enough of it, this could become as good as Postal 2. else... It is what it is. VERY VERY Early access and a janky alpha build™. -Uncompleted building and map. -Scripting all over the place with scenes that loops on themselves. -Janky doors and weird physics. -Hole into the void. TLDR: A lot needs to be done until this becomes playable but the basic mechanics are somewhat there for what is already there feels good. This has a lot of potential. Give it times. And also please, bring back Hunter's voice! :^) Or at least make john redo some of his lines...
