Welcome to south Florida and the Florida Keys! This DLC for Aerofly FS 2 features the southern part of Florida, including historic Key West. You will be mesmerized by the breathtaking views while you fly over major attractions like Fort Zachary Taylor, the Martello Museum, Duval Street, Key West cemetery, The Key West Southernmost Point, or fly out to the Dry Tortugas for a trip over some of the nicest scenery seen in Aerofly to date.

This South Florida DLC includes:

A large coverage area with over 400 miles of shoreline to explore
Up to 50cm per pixel aerial images at selected places
Miami City and Miami Beach fully rendered in high definition
The most cultivation ever seen in a single scenery package, including accurate night lighting
9 accurately modeled airports and 2 heliports; Key West International, NAS Key West, Marathon International, Tavernaero Air Park, Ocean Reef Club, Homestead ARB, Miami Executive, Miami International, Miami Opa Locka, Dry Tortugas National Park Helipad, and NAS Helipad.
Many custom objects to capture the feel of the Florida Keys

The system requirements for this DLC are slightly higher compared to the main program. For a smooth simulation we recommend to use a 3D graphic card with at least 2 GB of dedicated RAM and comparable in performance to a NVIDIA GeForce 760 GTX or newer.

If you want to experience this DLC in VR we highly recommend to use a NVIDIA GeForce 1060 or faster with 4 GB of dedicated RAM for smooth performance.

I have a condo in Cape Cora, and was naturally excited about being able to fly from Page field or Fort Myers Int, but it turns out that even though this is definitelt South Florida, only the Eastern part is included! This should have been sold as SOUTHEAST Florida, not SOUTH Florida. Very disappointed!!!

Very mixed feelings about this one, specifically the naming of it bing "South Florida". As someone has already mentioned in their review this is NOT the entire South Florida but only Miami area going south to the keys. I live in Tampa area and I have relatives in Miami and I was really looking forward to doing a flight from Miami to Tampa using this DLC. Unfortunately the high resolution textures stop at the everglades, going west and Tampa does not have high resolution scenery at all. I'll try flying to the keys, but they should really rename this to Miami / Keys DLC not the entire South Florida.

As we have seen over the last several years now, the advertised photos are NOT representative of the content. Low res terrain textures, trees in the middle of roads and highways, buildings in the water, buildings half embedded in slopes, floating trees and buildings, trees coming out of buildings, buildings coming out of buildings.... UG... Detail? Yes. But low detail detail, and VERY basic at best. Would have been stellar content 15+ years ago. But today, its not even worth critiquing in depth. Sloppy cash grab. NOT worth more than $5.

I paid quite a hefty price for this because it has the LIFE addon which adds moving vehicles and ships. Couldn't care less about the area, not from USA. I only owned ORBX scenery addons before this and to be honest the quality is so far below ORBX it hurts. The ground textures are very bad, i fly heli a lot so low altitude quality matters. I found all of the payware x-plane scenery to be heaps better, not to mention ORBX for FS2 is far far superior!
