It is the clock of Aurabesh!
Aurebesh was a writing system used to transcribe Galactic Basic, the most used language in the galaxy.
It is a digital watch that uses the number of Aura Bessh of the galaxy standard language which is utilized also in the movie "Star Wars" and the Tokyo Disneyland attraction "Star Tours".
