The word "Metanoia" comes from the Greek and means "change of mind". It indicates a call from God to leave the common mind to have the mind of Christ, to live beyond what we can see with our physical eyes, to live by faith and to live His plans for our lives today.

The application uses biblical coaching as its primary tool. It teaches biblical principles relevant to the day to day, promoting the growth and sanctification of those who seek communion with God.

We were created to live in daily communion with God in a full way, but because of sin, we lost the fullness of this communion. God, however, in his infinite love, wanting to re-establish his relationship with us, sent Christ, our Savior, so that we could have access to Him. He also sent the Holy Spirit so that we may have daily intimate communion with Him.

Jesus called us friends and said that He came that we may have complete joy with Him (John 15:11). Unfortunately, some of us have missed the opportunity to live the happiness that He has proposed. For the simple fact of allowing your thoughts to be fueled by the lies of the enemy, rather than the truth of the one who created millions of galaxies and who created you with a destiny unique, built on a plan that involves prosperity, peace, hope and a bright future at His side (Jeremiah 29:11).

We live many days of mental challenges, with depression, for example, a great evil of the century. However, this scenario is not something new, since great men of the Bible faced similar situations. The prophet Elijah, for example, sat under a tree and asked for death; Jeremiah was able to write a book of lamentations; King David, though he was a man after the heart of God, described various experiences of deep pain and suffering.

Depression is a mental battle, among many others we have gone through, and to overcome it we must learn to feed our thoughts in the right way. So, in order to assist you in this journey, our team decided to launch this application with emotional and spiritual growth techniques, presenting biblical words about God's plans for life, which will serve as a tool to help you live a full life of achievements and happiness.
