  The sound and pyrotechnics seem fine to me. Still lacking the ability to turn your head in the cockpit, atmospheric voice acting with interference and the small yellow and white font is sometimes poorly readable.

  As someone supporting this project from the start and seeing the progress made, this is a must have for all combat space-sim fans out there. Even in the current version, the feel of combat is great, being somewhere right in the middle between hard-core space sims and more casual ones. The option to both control units directly and command them from the Tactical perspective is a nice twist as well. Can't wait for more updates and features to come.

  there's some potential here but that's about it no bindable keys no real grafical options (besides some AA settings) next to no input besides a basic flight and combat tutorial no strafing very wonky gameplay-mechanics in general you lose your first ship you are pretty much done for early on (new ship costs atleast 12k, at best if you die in your first mission you got around 9 to 10k, which means you get a barebones ship without anything), in a game where destructions is 2 rockets away docking? re-arming or re-fueling? couldn't tell you how to do any of it...or saving for that matter. only way seems to be to completely leave a "sector" to be prompted to the fleet management menu words fail to describe how barebones this is i'd think it beeing a world-wonder if this will ever get into a real functional game shape (even The Last Starship seems more EA ready than this) i wouldn't call this EA, it's more of a demo build...a very early concept demo build. in a time where we got games like Spaceborne 2

  Great game, onboarding needs polish, but after playing the tutorial and looking at the database (almanac) I felt like a kid again when I used to play Freelancer. Give it a try!

  Soooo, cool so far, I have some issues with the flight model. It really wouldn't detract from the newtonian physics, 6doF flight model to have strafing, and it would give a lot to the combat. Being able to manipulate the pip, controlling the balance between being able to hit your shots and being hard to hit, makes the actual combat a lot more tactical, rather than a dice roll with constant jousting. This would also make flight sticks very relevant. You could pull a lot of space sim fans by adding stick support and strafing. I really, really hope you do because this game is so close to being exactly what I, and a lot of my friends, are looking for in a game. It does what it's supposed to do, and it is fun, so I am going to recommend, but you gotta give a little more control over the ship to the pilot.

  As I write this review in half an hour finished this game. You can do tutorial and then dogfight wave survival that is it. That is not worth 19.99 dollars or 17.99 if you get it now on sale as I write this. I refunded simply because I don't want a game that i spent half an hour to finish. The fleet tutorial isn't even there, it sends you to a youtube video to watch WTH is that?? At least have something for the player to do if they get the game early access. I am disappointed. I expect at least some gameplay worth playing if you put a game on early access but that was just low effort in my opinion. The game looks good and very good graphics but I will not buy it yet, not until it has something worth playing.

  Game is no where near ready. Only two missions type and 7 sectors to fight in, in order to get enough credits to equip ships you have to replay some missions over. Medium ships are not in the game and the player can only directly control fighter craft. The game is simply not worth the asking price of £16.99 when it is basically a demo or concept at the moment. Will keep an eye on this one but for now I have refunded it.

  It looks and sounds (from the store page) like it would be awesome. But it feels very cheap, the controls aren't complicated but it just doesn't feel good to play. There are so many examples of space shooters, both arcade-like and sim-like, the developers should probably do some research on those. Also not very intuitive, I'm sure that will change with time but right now, you're forced to just read a database and watch a video to get a grasp of how the systems are supposed to work. There's an odd level of tutorial material to get you started controlling the ship, and then it just abruptly stops and you get a video instead.Again, not ready for Early Access. Games like this and many other not-ready-for-early-access titles are really eating up space on Steam, and it's hard to even enjoy browsing the storefront anymore when almost everything new is stuff like this.

  Really interesting! I like how it is so far but I am more interested in seeing the progression of it all! Hopefully the developers will be able to release content quickly.

  Unnecessary clunky controls, unbalanced combat encounters and no "managment" part of running the company. Just a basic space shooter with that dreaded "realism" vibe to it. Hope its just a very early access issue.
