The callendar system/progress, in my opinion, was the biggest con of this game. You feel the stories sometimes are disconnected from the timeline and don't follow a proper order of progression. Go with an open mind and you are in for a wonderful casual experience. Just don't expect a very linear story or you will be left disappointed. Art is super colourful and amazing, voice acting is wonderful, girls are extremely cute and their story are diabetes (sugar) inducing. There is so much content for the low price!

  The graphic of the game is so adorable. Unfortunately, that’s the only good thing about it. The characters, scenes, and writing are all incredibly cliché and boring.

  This is Fantastic Great Art work,Great voice acting, even has songs with actual singing in it. this is so worth the price it feels like you are even watching a show right in front of you. 10/10 this is so going into my game of the year. Great work to everyone that worked on this.

  If you are looking for a pure, sweet story of maidens` love, Lilycle is definitely the one can meet your needs. The origin drama CDs have already provided 6 best couples from 2 schools with different personalities, and they will let you feel the cuteness, bitterness, immaturity and emotions of these girls with amazing voices from the all-star cast (5 of them voiced YuriYuri before :D). Though listening the CDs may result in a large increase of sugar in blood and a feel of unsatisfied (This is not a critic.). [spoiler] Come on! Just kiss in the right place! (Listening the CD 1)[/spoiler] [spoiler] Can all of you stop being so shy? Is kissing such a hard thing to do?(Listening the CD 3) [/spoiler] [spoiler] I believe I need some help. (When the baka couple form CD 1 finally kisses in the extra CD of the winter vacation) [/spoiler] If you haven`t listened drama CDs before, I`m going to give a brief here because the stories of CDs are not included in the game. Though you can see the date of these events, there is no actual contexts about how they confess to each other and become lovers. [b]CD 1 : Hina Wakamiya X Ayame Segawa [/b] Hina decides to confess to Ayame, her best friend who save her from the loneliness during the 2 grade of junior high school, when they enter the senior high school, but to find Ayame misunderstands her in purpose because she lacks courage to answer it though she loves Hina as well. Their relationship soon reaches a critical state. With Alice`s help, Hina confesses again with a more determined attitude and encourages Ayame to express her feelings. They finally become the first best couple in Lilycle. [b]CD 2 : Mayu Shina X Mai Shina [/b] A story with a little bit of bitterness happened in a perfect (though not perfect at home) elder sister and her little sister who is a cool sports girl. Hiddening their feelings, the sisters continue their daily life with cares and small quarrels. But when Mai finds out Mayu`s secret by accident, they can no longer hide themselves. And with an old-fashoned but impressive polt, the sisters become lovers. [b]CD 3: Alice Kugayama X Ibuki Oribe [/b] The only daughter of Kugayama family and her childhood sweetheart maid`s love comedy. When a tsundere who wants to be a little independent to help her beloved Ibuki meets a hentai whose love to Alice is too heavy, things are always fun, aren`t they? The rest 3 takes places in another school. [b] CD 4: Waka Uzaki X Ayumi Ayasaka [/b] A story about a cute, lively, and sometimes a bit silly and noisy first year pursues her beloved senior who is good at tailoring and is a incurable lover of cute things. [b] CD 5: Hare Kagami X Seira Hitsuji [/b] The pair of the president and secretary of the student council never gets old, not even mentioning they view each other as opponents since Hare beat Seira for the first time in the first grade, while others view them as a cool prince and a tsundere princess. Their feelings warm up with arguments and finally fall in love with each other. [b] CD 6: Mio kasugai X Natsuki Mariya [/b] The former secretary and president of the student council. As Natsuki`s childhood sweatheart, Mio takes her relationship with Natsuki as grant and can`t help herself to take care of Natsuki, though she always want Natsuki not to be so lazy. But Mio sometimes worries about the relationship because she can`t see through Natsuki while not having enough courage to ask her. On the other hand, Natsuki expresses her love by sticking to Mio as she used to be. And they shall overcome the misapprehensions with love. [spoiler]There are easter eggs on the day of a character`s birthday which will trigger a special event when you open the game. [/spoiler]

  Do you know the feeling when you see a game for the very first time but already have the preconceived notion that you will definitely immortally fall in love with it? That’s exactly how I felt when I first saw [url= https://noisypixel.net/lilycle-rainbow-stage-review-pc/]Lilycle Rainbow Stage!!!,[/url] a visual novel from developer Particle and localized by MangaGamer. Being a fan of yuri visual novels, it was a given that I would jump at the thought of playing such a cute looking game. I really wanted to take the time to get to know the game’s fifteen different girls and fall for each of them. While Lilycle Rainbow Stage!!! is consistently entertaining throughout the entire game, but that doesn’t come without a few moments of confusion found within the game’s approach to storytelling. https://youtu.be/oTdbLr1gTM4 Lilycle Rainbow Stage!!! follows the everyday life of the fifteen girls. They’re all connected to each other since they attend the same school. Throughout the story, they all end up befriending each other in one way or another. You see, after some time they each start to realize their feelings are a bit different towards a certain girl. The game has three main girls named Yuno, Tamaki, and Saeka. Tamaki is a new teacher at their school and also the cousin of Yuno, who is an idol, at the same time as being a student. Yuno and Saeka have been roommates for a long time and that’s how she gets introduced to Tamaki. Saeka is portrayed as a very shy and introverted girl, but she surprisingly starts to get closer to Tamaki. As a result, she ends up getting confused about her feelings because she feels drawn to Tamaki and Yuno at the same time. During the opening of Lilycle Rainbow Stage!!! I was a little confused. This is because all fifteen girls were introduced at the same time and it was tough to feel connected to so many characters at once or even care about them. However, after the prologue, it does become easier to follow the story as it got divided into episodes and you get to know each girl little by little. Thankfully, all of the girls are different from each other so it’s possible for any player to find a girl that is right up their alley including, the tsundere to the super clingy and quirky types. Of course, all of the girls are extremely cute and it was easy for me to find something that I liked about all of them at the same time as I got to know them better. With that said, the number of characters in the game meant that there are a lot of couples to keep track of in Lilycle Rainbow Stage!!! So much so, that I felt overwhelmed at times. In order to try and stay on track with the story, I played the game as chronological as possible which still left me confused when couples would change after a short event. With that said, Lilycle Rainbow Stage!!! does not get too in-depth, when it comes to the romance. I felt that most of the confessions and developments were way too sudden and even if they expressed feelings for each other for a long time, the timing still felt off for me. I was also surprised when the girls would confess out of nowhere, without any preparation. Lilycle Rainbow Stage!!! is a unique visual novel because players can select different episodes from a menu, which is arranged like a calendar. Although you can freely decide which episode you want to play first it is recommended to go play them in chronological order, plus certain episodes only unlock after you’ve finished a specific episode before, so your options are limited. Lilycle Rainbow Stage!!! does offer moments of interaction from the player that allows you to choose a dialog option that will affect the story. These choices end up determining which girl Saeka will get together with, although she can only romance either Tamaki or Yuno. Additionally, it’s possible to replay the episodes and unlock the couple episodes for both couples at the same time — There are also couple episodes available for Yuno and Tamaki. This ends up making the game story feel messy because both couple episodes show up in the same calendar but they’re not happening in the same timeline per se, so it felt like there were three different dimensions available in the same calendar. As aforementioned, I completed the episodes in the most possible chronological order. What’s not made totally clear is that some episodes that get unlocked take place before the events of the finished episodes. As long as it’s still in the same page of the calendar, it shouldn’t be a problem because it is displayed whether you already read or completed the episodes but some show up up a few pages before. This system caused me to almost miss a lot of episodes, as I didn’t notice it at first, but it also interrupted my immersion at times because I had to jump back and forth. One thing I really liked was the perspective change that at some point made each of the fifteen girls protagonists even though there are three main protagonists. Throughout the game, there are common and couple episodes available with the girl displayed in the calendar which is important for that specific episode. The colors in the text bar are different for each girl, which made it easier to distinguish them, as it’s required when you’re having so many protagonists in the same game. As you probably already noticed, the artwork in Lilycle Rainbow Stage!!! is stunning. The illustrations feature many different facial expressions which definitely help with falling for these characters. The animations found in the are top notch there are even a few very beautifully animated scenes that show the sprites blinking. The game’s entire aesthetic is just adorable and this is complemented by the game’s soundtrack. I’d also like to add that the voice acting was impressive in Lilycle Rainbow Stage!!! as well. Even the creepy and clingy characters sounded natural such as when Ibuki is trying to imitate an undefinable animal. I honestly didn’t even know a normal human being is capable of making these kinds of noises and I absolutely loved it. The voices match to each of the girl’s personality and they all sounded like real high school girls with their quirking and pouting noises. All in all, while Lilycle Rainbow Stage!!! started out to be pretty confusing for me at first, this didn’t stop me from having a, mostly, enjoyable experience. Sadly, the game didn’t offer the amount of depth that other visual novels have that properly show the evolution of a relationship between each of the couples in the game and the timeline feature didn’t help. With that said, I still ended up absolutely adoring each of the 15 girls. Lilycle Rainbow Stage!!! might not be everyone’s cup of tea as it’s a yuri visual novel through and through. If you’re looking for a game with a deep plot, Lilycle Rainbow Stage!!! only has light-hearted scenes and only follows the everyday life of the fifteen girls, so expect plenty of slice-of-life moments. I can still recommend this game to everyone who is a fan of the yuri and slice-of-life genres fueled by fifteen extremely cute girls and some beautiful illustrations.   SPOILER! SPOILER! I am sorry but i can't recommend this VN. -Most of the character are nice and have a good personality. -Couple stories are funny and the interraction the characters have between is fun and cute. -But the main story is just the worst story i've ever read: First thing, why is Yuno NOT the main protaganist? She's the center character in the trio, it's her that you see in the miniature when you choose the game, it makes NO sense. -Second thing, and this is what annoys me the most, Yuno is useless in this game, she could be replace by a noname NPC that would make NO difference. In some scenes that takes like 10 min to read in auto play she's here most of the time only 1 or 2 min and even when you're following her when they are more than 2 characters with her she mostly don't talk. She's suppose to be one of the main protagonist and she appears less than some secondary character. I haven't finish the story yet cause of that (i will) but from where i am right now, the ENTIRE story so far is about Saeka and Tamaki and they didn't even need Yuno to do the introduction, even if the fact is that Yuno SHOULD have done them. Also most of the time when Saeka and Tamaki talk about her it is ALMOST NEVER about her good points, they totally forgot that SHE has an idol job and it can be hard in some way to do that AND have good grade when you CAN'T be always in school and end up missing some of it. -Third thing is Saeka (who stragely was the main protagonist all along), she is the most unbearable character i ever saw (THIS IS JUST MY OPINION PLEASE TRY NOT TO INSULT ME FOR THAT), everything she does and say are total opposite: she says she is bad with people but has no problem talking to others without even showing any kind of embarrassment, she talks about Yuno like her model but always blame her for something (and always in her back). Finally she (of course) is perfect in every way: perfect in exercice, Best student with perfect grades ect. -Also one last thing is the fact that the first thing you have when you start the game is an event that has all the character of the game in it and is clearly at a point in the game that is at the end of it. THEY LITTERALY PUT THE END OF THE GAME AT THE BEGINNING. You see all characters of the game and you know nothing about them: who are they? what do they do? where do they come from? and i just didn't care about them at the time since i knew nothing about them. DON'T PUT ALL OF THE CHARACTERS IN THE GAME AT THE BEGINNING WITHOUT INTRODUCING THEM BEFORE UNLESS IT'S TO PUT A DRAMA TO ATTRACT PEOPLE TO READ IT TO KNOW HOW IT CAME TO THIS. It makes me sad that this is the main story of this game cause i've read the side stories and they were good (especially the tsundere sides which is the funniest for me cause i love the love/hate kind of relationship. And please DO NOT compare this game with Kindred Spirit on the Roof. KSOTR way to introduce the character was better since it did it one at a time and not all of them at the same time. Also all of the relation between the character have a flashback to explain how, when and where they met and became friends, i haven't seen any in Lilycle. In the end i don't recommend this game, if you buy it don't expect much from the main story but enjoy the side stories even if they are rush sometimes.

  I tried to give this game a go. I really did. But the story is just so boring and shallow. They put all the characters in the beginning scene when you have no idea who they are, let alone care. It's a shame since the art and voice acting are top notch. I just can't slog through this anymore, it's not fun.

  What Good Game VN I Liked it Simple and Light Hearted Its cute too Basiclly Its Like All the Girls Hang out and enjoy The Passing Months Together but some Seperate And Enjoy Each Other Meaning The 2 of the Same sex That like eachother. As the days go by Each Girl Spends time with one another To Deepen there bond well there Love Relationship And Its good haha Love the Scences And CG in it Lots of Yuri In which I cant Complain Cause Again Who Does not LOVE Yuri Right ^^ Welll I would Def Recc This Game cause Its Good and Very Cute at the Same time.
