The objective of this app is to quickly provide crucial user (patient) information and medical history that the doctor may require at the time of admission in hospital. The user must sign up in the app and fill in the necessary details correctly. All of his/her information will then be stored and made into a medical form, which can be accessed by doctors. This procedure must be done beforehand so that during the emergency, the patient or his/her relative doesn’t have to fill a form and can be instantly transferred to the emergency department.
