  There is an English option in game only problem is the current English translation is actually worse than simply hooking an auto google translate script into the game. Lets not beat around the bush and get right to it. We all want a sort of "Age of Wushu" survival game or more specifically a Wuxia Conan Exiles here. This isn't it. It's way too rough and the general direction of combat and systems is not flowing that way. Everything here is poorly executed and you could give them years to work on it and I doubt we will be playing the game we want. I would not recommend you attempt this game at this price point as an English only speaker. It has a 10 dollar effort at best. Some day we will get a playable wuxia multiplayer rpg but today is not that day. For those of you who don't care and want to try to power though the roughness I can tell you that only about half of the elements are translated and there is two offical NA servers labled NAWEST PVP and NAWEST PVE with 100 and 70 slots respectively. There is a filter for private servers but this game doesn't come across as anything enjoyable played as a PVE or single player game. The combat is just poke and run and the pve mobs stagger on every hit so you just stun lock and move back to restore stamina and repeat.

  While the refund request is through, let's give a review why: In no particular order: - Only 2 official servers (1xPvP/1xPvE) for non Chinese customers / Located at the US Westcoast - No private servers (yet?) - more specifically, the request for the server files from the community was answered by a friendly "We don't want just anyone to have the server files" - Resource gathering animations are hilariously bad. Atleast watch some guy on youtube chop a fucking tree first before you animate it. - First glance, despite much hidden behind non existant or terribad translation, the Xianxia elements are there, but not exactly fleshed out much. - Forced tutorial when starting a new char on mp if you don't know a bloody passphrase? Is this some kind of joke - The Dev does not seem to realize that, paying customer wise - like as in the amount of money to make overall, europe and the americas might not be neglilible - despite what the propaganda at home says. Otherwise he'd have put some minor effort into it. Guess we are just ghosts or something. - Star Citizen runs better than this, do not trust the screenshots though, it does not look anywhere close as good ingame. How one does that with the UE4 engine I don't know. - No attempt to create a "realistic" - and Im using that term very loosely here - experience concerning the fauna in the game. Think bad custom ark map without any effort, just worse. (In the limited starting locations I was atleast, but if you cannot be made to make your initial 2 hours fun so people do not immediately refund Im tempted to project this approach on the rest of this project) - To give you an idea what people mean with bad translation, but from what I gathered, what is called "dried hay"? ingame is actually stone ....

  I really, really, realllly want to give this a positive review. The game is a lot of fun with friends, and it just feels really enjoyable to play. There are a lot of kinks, like bad ai, bad pathing, etc. However, at the end of the day the game has been enjoyable. However, I cannot recommend this to anyone who wants to spend money. There are rampant cheaters, pvp and pve server alike. Sat as two people spawned and despawned horses in our base on a pve server, meanwhile teleporting in and out on command. There is 0 way to report abusive behavior or cheating. There is 0 awareness of any kind of anti-cheat. PvE servers for NA and EU have groups of chinese players intentionally spending 3+ hours a day just griefing the non-chinese players. The administration and management of the community has been one of the worst gaming experiences I've had online. Until that issue is fixed, no amount of fun will overcome the poor moderation.

  I really wanted to enjoy a Wuxia style survival game, but the Chinese players have completely ruined the game for any English speaker. With the constant use of their hacks and exploits of bugs the game is just unplayable currently. Not to mention only items are truly translated, and not even properly especially in the later stages of the game. The Chinese have an edge over everyone simply because they can read the hints on how to get items, you have to translate the game manually if you want to understand 1/4 of the game. Overall I recommend not wasting your money on this game until the translations are complete and they region lock the servers. dozens of Asian servers yet they still flood the single NA and EU servers.

  I have put in 3500+ hours in games such as Conan Exiles and have to say this is a really good game. Is it early access yes. it has slight issues with English support but they said they are not there yet and they are working on it. You can play the game using google translator but the main core is translated. there is some issues with performance and optimisation but that is being worked on too and common in early access games. The fighting is great and once you get to Breakthrough 3 and you have multiple dashs and combo attacks feels very fluid and great. The core mechanics are solid. They have not also fallen into the trap of a lot of survival games and made great QOL and balance choices. The networking also seem to be solid for pvp and .net code for multiple areas. This is better than New World and Conan Exiles first launch. As for the negative reviews most of them dont' make sense or are negative reviews from other groups because they launched a day late and didn't have the promo till the next day. Ignore the negative reviews the game is really good and the pvp is great.

  First - Please note that English is not supported yet. There is an English option in the settings (second button from the bottom) on the Main Menu, but a lot is still untranslated. Once you are in Settings, go to the gameplay button, and there is a dropdown. Second - Even though this was released as a full game, it still needs a lot of work. It seems more Early Access or Alpha. I love survival RPGs and Myth of Empires, but this game is very different from MOE. It focuses more on cultivation and martial art techniques than mass warfare. So far, I have been having fun and enjoying the game! However, I enjoy figuring out things. If you want everything handed to you on a plate, this is not the game for you! It is the typical, must eat and drink survival game. After you have made an axe and pickaxe, make a skinning knife and a wooden sword or sabre. Kill two rabbits and you have enough skins for a waterskin. You can fill water skins at shores or a pulley well. If you plan on going AFK for more than 3 minutes, I'd suggest logging out because the Eat and Drink meter goes pretty quickly. NOTE: IF you press X and go into Meditation mode, it also slows down the meters. For those who did not do the tutorial or didn't complete it - F1 readies your melee weapon, F2 readies your bow, and F3 puts you into Construction mode. CTRL is the toggle for run, SHIFT is how you dash - like a dodge in combat. Building can be very tricky and definitely needs some work. However, you do have a lot more freedom in how you build. If you play PVP, I highly suggest leveling your basic artistry skills as soon as you can so that you can build a straw mat. It takes 5 minutes to do a regular disconnect from the game, and if you Force Quit, your body is still in game and can be killed. With the straw mat, you can disconnect instantly. There is no text chat in the game. If you want to communicate, it's Press to Talk - T is the key. Overall, this game is a good base with lots of potential. The new developers are active in taking feedback, etc. I hope they stick with it!

  This game.... is plain bad. The translation is so laughably poor that its actually way worse than anything google translate would do for free, the animations are terrible, the graphics are outdated as hell, movement and interactions are janky, tutorial and quest progress isnt tracked properly, combat is generic as hell (basically just swinging endlessly with any weapon, plus a few hotkey "special moves". Its trash. The fact that these developers actually played their own game and went "yea this is worth 40$" is fucking hysterical.

  i play this game with a translater and it works so far but the game feeling is like i play a alpha or a realy acces game .... the game has a lot of potential I hope that updates will come by it is then also translated and also the gameplay is revised. Unfortunately a negative rating as the game is too expensive for this state in my opinion it doesn't feel like a full game and the npc run weird back and forth it all feels very unfinished.

  Well I gave it 120 hours. This is NOT worth being called a beta, at best PRE-ALPHA if you can even still count it as that. Honestly the PvE for the game is a 3/10, if u cant translate it into English since the in-game English translations are all lies telling you one thing, when you switch languages to Chinese you find out the truth. This game is buggy as hell, Combat is so unbalanced its pointless since u cant kill someone and they cant kill you when your all maxed out. Even 1v4 in the top gear u cant do anything to them and they cant do anything to you except keep raiding you since u cant actually stop them. People literally just run around naked with a weapon cause u cant do anything to them and they cant do anything to you. The raiding in the game is who can bug out the best to get into your base, which is pointless anyways since even if they walked up to the front door u cant stop them. The "Base Protection" only works for the Chinese players. People just use exploits to kill the bosses in the game by bugging them to walls or such. The game is full of exploits they should the change the name to The Scam Swordsmen X Survival of Exploits. I usually give all games the benefit of the doubt but this game is a joke, (reminds me of a 12 year old playing with unreal engine back in 2000) and probably just a get money quick scam. Don't purchase it. Id expect they need another 2-3 years of a 30-man development team to salvage this game.
