AdiClock gives your frontline staff & managers a simple way to punch in & punch out for electronic timekeeping.

Buddy punching is a problem of the past with AdiClock for Android and iOS. Staff can punch in and out on with a PIN. If you're concerned about security, you can set AdiClock to take a photo of your staff during the punch event and confirm against the photo on their profile that it is them.

Staff can punch-in & out for shifts, breaks, and change jobs on shift. Teammates can see who else is on shift. Staff can even complete their ‘Attestation’ accept or dispute function if they have not done so already on the Adi phone app.

Managers can approve early punch-in if you have ‘early clock in prevention’ configured.

AdiClock securely sends punch events to Adi Insights where you:

- Monitor employee punch-in & -out times (timesheets)

- Approve or add comments to timesheets

- Auto calculate correct payroll wages with our wage rule engine

- Export approved timesheets to payroll systems

Punch-in & out syncs with Adi phone app, so managers can see who is on shift on the fly from anywhere, and staff can see their time worked information.
