  AIOBAHN THE GOAT ON THE MUSIC But yeah this ain't your "I can fix her" typa game. Boy you are wrong gahdamn. Instead, the game encourages you to explore the void of how toxic, hellish the world of the internet specifically streaming truly is! Make every single choice for your bpd neurodivergent girlfirend Ame who wishes to be the next big online thing and make her "feel enough". Become Twitch mod as some would say but actually having relations with her. Make bad choices while Ame is mentally unstable than she is will cause her to become more stressed, fall into depression, anxiety, drug overdoses, insecuritys, have narcissistic behaviors, and even make her take her own life. Remember Ame is a streamer so keep in mind you have to deal with delusional fans who will make fun of your breakdowns, just hate on you for some reason, harass you to do acts, and even fetishize your own mental health. Yknow good ol creator culture woo. Its also pretty visible that in the past Ame may have been heavily mentally abused in the past by how she acts at times If you make good choices and actually treat Ame good you can actually get a somewhat good ending in which she quits streaming and gets treatment but if you just try to fix her she will abuse you, and cause you more harm than good for the both of you. Ignore her too much she will block yo ass so in the end of the day there is not much of a good good ending Overall games pretty good, gameplay is mid but the game's definitely got a good message behind it, as it showcases the dangers of these kind of interactions, suggesting that you should take a step back and reevaluate yourself if you begin to notice any of the traits shown between Ame and/or the chat in yourself. And mostly on streamers on how dark the path it can get with the audience you attract. Its just so uncanny how they portray it so realistically displayed it too. If you try 100%ing the game It will make lots more sense

  Allow me to be clear, I mean no harm to the developers or the artist of the game. I also completed the game in a single sitting that lasted me about 10 hours approximately. I have strong opinions about the game. Game is about 10 hours in length, maybe less being honest. It could be done quicker with a guide and i 100% recommend this over playing it blind. The game is OVERLY repetitive in its game-play to the point that sometimes is frustrating and tedious. I think there were a total of 3 endings out of the 22 I sincerely liked a lot, which kinda sucks when that's the whole point of the game. But to add insult to injury, the final ending disappointing me. The whole point of the game revolves around the "secret.txt" file. Which obviously, like with Doki Doki, you would be able to check it out AFTER beating the game right? to reveal something important or something that would make your game worth while. But NOPE. The ending pretty much tells you the bitch ass girl can do everything you did by herself, and to add insult to injury, the text says that she will go find a better manager. this is AFTER you got the 22 endings. I get what they were going for. I get it because EMILY IS AWAY HAS THE SAME DAMN ENDING. The point of the game is that you are in a toxic relationship with a overly abusive/dependent/addict girl who will do whatever it takes to move forward in life. And that the game doesn't reward you for helping her because that's how real life is. But in this game, THE BITCH WINS. LITERALLY. You ain't worth shit even after you put all your effort, she just says nah u useless and leaves. Pretty much invalidating EVERYTHING you were doing in the game, and that infuriates me not gonna lie. But the Difference between Emily is Away and Needy Streamer Overload is simple: One game lasts 30 minutes to an hour. The other lasts 10 Hours. Which one is more of a waste of time for you? To be blunt i'm utterly sad this was the reward. I did find the game fun and the premise was well executed. But to me, the overly repetitive game-play, with the majority of the alternate endings being underwhelming, and with the TRUE ending being a complete disappointment even after you beat the game 100%, leaves this game in a bad spot for me. I will not be entirely negative however, I do praise the game for it's overly charismatic art-style. That is what got me into the game, after all. If you don't mind repetitiveness, I would consider this game. But be warned that the endings you may get may not satisfy you entirely.

  i don't comment often but when i do, im normally stoned and very impressed. definitely recommend but be careful of flashing lights and really funky visuals. it gave me a headache when i was sober

  Honestly this game is extremely charming and fun to play. The art, while pixelated is extremely well done. The sound track is very unique and took a little bit of time to get used to. Once you get into the game more it honestly becomes far more enjoyable. The writing hits all the bases in my opinion. Its serious when it needs to be and the dialogue for Ame feels very human. My only gripe with the game is that a majority of game mechanics are poorly explained or just not explained at all. I found myself having a lot of game overs for things I didn't understand. However on my second play through of the game this issue was pretty much non-existent. This game really shines when you come back to play it again after already having made all the mistakes the first time around. I haven't fully finished my second play through at the time of writing this review but its been a far more cohesive and enjoyable experience. For the price this game is at and the game play that comes with it I'd give this game a solid 8/10. A decent amount of replay-ability with plenty of hidden achievements and what-not for you to find.
