  It's okay. The main love interest are Hitora, Starin, Churchill, and Cyrano while all the other girls are side characters unless they update it or add dlc later. There isn't a lot of choices in this game and most of them are straightforward which is you either like the girl or you don't. If you choose Rinni it just makes the main girls like you less. Unfortunately for some girls there isn't a happy ending. Not a lot of fan service with the most daring being a steamy bath scene and a panty shot. As for jokes it's a bit of World War II trivia mixed in with Schoolgirl humor and the writer tends to break the 4th wall. Combat is old school turn based something like Pokemon I guess, you have special moves and a limited amount you can use them. Can't learn dark magicks which is a shame since the main girls use that to get out of all kinds of crazy situations. Would have been more interesting if you could have chosen which faction you wanted to support and it branched off from there.

  My first review was garbage so I wrote a new one "BIG SPOILER ALERT AHEAD" . . . . . . . So, when I first finished the main campaign I was left disappoint and shock because i got an ending where I was left with no girl at all at the end and that is my fault. I did not realize that I got no girl ending route( In my defend, I was playing at midnight so my brain is tired and that's my bad too. I was determinate to finish the game that day) So far after I got all the ending for the main girls I'm satisfied, but I do have to say that love point system was confusing especially at the end. I have to admit I did mess around with my save files just so I can get the other ending. As much as I love this game. I don't want to spend another 1-2 days to get all the ending, so I cheated there. I don't have enough patient to get all the ending by a normal mean. But Overall It's worth the wait, I have been waited for this game for a longggggggggg time. I hope this game get much more attention that it needed. Almost forgot, I like how all the ending look like happy ending but in the end it all still depressing. But I like it, I think it's a great reminder that war are not so black and white. I hope this game get an DLC or another game similar to this would be cool too.

  I got this as just a little thing to pass the time, not expecting much, but overall, this game surprised me. I love the characters, the writing is funny even if it's a bit dark if you know even the tiniest it of history. The game has some things to improve on for the battles but that is over all, nothing to worry about. I think this worth your time if you like History, and cute ladies.

  I really like this game. I wanted to wait until I finished to write a review, but since I have a busy life and also just other interests, I figured I'd go ahead and do it to support the devs quicker. This game was in development since maybe 2014, where the first kickstarter popped up, and I started following its development in 2016. I was immediately interested by the idea and donated to the Patreon for a few months to follow its development. To the developers who worked so hard to make their game idea real- thank you for your hard work! The game itself is mostly a visual novel with a dating sim element (with a lot of choices, some of which lead to early bad ends and others which I haven't seen the consequences of yet) with a Pokemon-like minigame scattered across it. I will emphasize Pokemon-[i]like[/i], and I'll discuss this more later. I've played for forty hours and haven't reached the end yet, but as far as I can tell this game has a huge amount of content. At my present time mark, I've reached the announcement of the invasion of Greece, which indicates that after 40+ hours of playing I'm still only in late 1940 whereas I assume the game will be ending bitterly in 1945. As far as I know, most of the routes for the girls- Hitler, Mussolini, Charles de Gaulle, Stalin, and Churchill- have the same "grand plot" but will ultimately just result in either different endings or unique scenes and CGs featuring the dictator of your choice. Take this with a grain of salt- after all, I haven't finished it yet. One of the things I was most worried about with this game being in development for so long was that its humor would go stale or that the authors might fall into the trap of using horribly dated memes. Thankfully, they haven't done this once in the time I've played. A lot of the scenes are constructed cleverly so that real, historical quotes from the figures depicted can be used or parodied, which any astute student of history will be happy to see. There are some references to online meme culture snuck in every now and then, but it isn't done in any hamfisted or tryhardy way, thankfully. I could tell you more, but it would be extremely painful... for you. These are the positive elements about the game that I've experienced so far, so onto the negative ones. While the astounding amount of playtime ahead of me is a pleasant surprise, I have a well-evidenced theory that the real reason this game took so long coming out was budget problems, and unfortunately they couldn't cover it as well as anyone would have wished. Since commissioning sprites and art is expensive- having done it myself, I know- if a historical figure is either too minor, doesn't have enough scenes, or generally just isn't worth the budget extension, they have a small pool of "generic sprites" that they reskin over and over for them. For the most part, this is honestly excusable. For a game with something like 30+ actually good character sprites, asking for more feels spoiled, but there's a few figures that should've been fit for a unique sprite. King George is just an adult-aged man in a buttoned up shirt, yet King Carol of Romania has a far more royal looking sprite. King Haakon of Norway is the absolute worst example of this sprite retexturing and I think he should see serious revision. The fat guy sprite used for some one-off commanders might be funny at first, but it's also very ugly. The combat minigame is at best broken and at worst tedious. You can find me in the discussions tab here and there asking how to win certain combats, because 90% of the Axis fights I've encountered were complete steamrolls where I didn't have to try and then the other 10% took me multiple attempts of metagaming and RNG-dependency to win. I actually don't find it unfun this way at all, I just don't think the devs intended for it to work like this. Given the battle RPG nature of this combat, realism obviously isn't expected, but it still feels disencouraging when a sniper can "morale shock"(?) the crew of my tank several times in a row to kill me via stunlocks. I also think the Maintenance and Medikit abilities are absolutely useless if they can "fail" and just waste your turn- how on earth can a medikit even fail? All in all, this game is much bigger and better than I think I ever dreamed of it being when I first started following it, and I am ecstatic to see it finally released. I hope the devs can pay for some youtube ads or streamers to try it so it can get more publicity. The game does have some problems which I hope will one day either be revised or fixed, but I can look past them to see this game for the entertainment it is. Do I think you should too? I think you should very much consider it.

  Mein Fühbaar Can't Be This Cute. This is a fun and depressive(with lots of references to real events that caused death of innocent people) VN about an alternative universe that is going through WW2. Expect to see cute dictators and get a load of historical information. I certainly didn't know many of the battles and rebellions that happened before playing this game and looking it up on the internet. There is a downside though. To progress with the story you need go through combat stages. Whoever designed the "combat" can be happy because they have achieved their goal of tilting me. I am sick of fighting the same battle for 30 times just because of RNG. Without combat it is actually pretty good.

  Really good Visual Novel not to be passed on just because it says "dark comedy" and it involves the second World War. I had a great time going on this little adventure the biggest highlight in my opinion is the music that plays for each of the nations and the love interests hoping to see more in future with some of the other side characters or even Rinni (who has the best theme) getting a route, the story kept me going till the very end. Recommended absolutely
