  No Adult Content! Why is this marked with "Adult Only" section when there is 0 sex scenes. nothing is showed and currently no patch. When a game is marked as adult only normally you don't need a patch.. game is super short. It seems Dharker Studio is starting to be shovelware company and pump these games out like crazy and they are extremely short. less than 15 minutes you can go through all the endings. screenshot 9 she has the same expression for the supposed adult scenes, they just show her face and describe what's happening. i feel we missing out on an update to actually see the said content... 1 of dharker studio games recently got banned from steam "my girlfriend" it takes place in a school setting, for that reason i believe it was banned, there was actually sex content, 1 picture for each those scenes and reason i'm bring it up is because it was also very short game less than 15 minutes. I feel there is a trend with latest Dharker Studio games being short. past games were actually long taking 30+ minutes. now they gotten short ever since "Alexa's Wild Night". This game feels like a demo to Echo Tokyo series. We actually waited over year for this game. It was literally the first game every to come out from this company. Let's hope the next Echo Tokyo game actually plays like a game or proper lengthy VN. Don't recommend till they patch in Adult Content. But buyer beware it's a short game.

  Main reason i'm giving this a good review is that they fixed my greatest criticism of the intro, that being the animation quality. Despite the improvements to the visuals I do feel this was still a bit rushed before release as they no longer have voiced lines and some choice options don't seem to work. I hope for updates will follow. Regardless it is still a captivating interactive visual novel with a great story and I look forward to E.T.Reaper

  [h1]Too much wasted potential....[/h1] "Back in the day" I picked up 'Echo Tokyo: Intro' for free and although I couldn't recommend the title in my review I also stated that it wasn't a bad game or something, just lacking in several parts (and the dull narrating voice was in my opinion plain out annoying). And here we have the full game. Both games are now normally sold and I couldn't help notice that 'Phoenix' sells for almost [i]twice[/i] the price as 'Intro'. So imagine my surprise when I managed to successfully finish Phoenix in no longer than 20 minutes, while I've been busy with Intro for at least 40 - 50 minutes. That's just bizarre... And it gets worse: I own other visual novel games which sell for even less than 'Intro' does while they provide an easy 90 minutes worth of gameplay. [h1]Don't address adult subjects if you're not going to follow up![/h1] This is the part I plain out dislike... So the main protagonist (Shizume) is looking for a job and ends up as an escort, she even allows someone to grope her. However, the pictures themselves show absolutely nothing. Heck... even 'Intro' was more naughty than this game. Why bother to bring up adult topics like escort services if you're not going to follow up on them with the animations? That's just bad... Keep in mind though: I'm not necessarily looking for b00bies here, but [i]you (devs)[/i] opened the door to it and then you don't deliver. And that's where my "wasted potential" comment came from, this could have easily been avoided. For example... instead of doing escort you could have made Shizume apply for job as a (semi-) erotic dancer. She'd had to dress up in a skimpy outfit (which could easily be displayed because it would be less revealing than her undies) and perform in public which could then embarrass her a little bit. It seems to me as if the game wanted the 'adult tease' but without doing the work for it, and yah, I think that's the cheap and easy way out. [h1]In conclusion....[/h1] It's really a shame because this game honestly has [u]a lot[/u] of potential, it really does. The drawings are very solid, some truly manage to create the right atmosphere for the story. I also enjoyed the music that's been used, very fitting for the genre. But it's just bizarre that a game which easily costs twice as much as its predecessor (or demo?) provides a lot less contents, so much that it's easily noticeable. I don't hate on this title, I also don't think it's bad or something, but I simply cannot recommend this to others for reasons shared above. Thanks for reading!

  I have completed this game... it is good if you like to enjoy a rather thrilling story. CGs are good and clean. The story itself is ok, not anything odd. However, considering its length and price (11 dollars when I bought it with discount, 13.99 on full price), I think it is not that worth it. But do considering buying this product whenever a discount hits. I also played Alex Wild Night, thus, I expect Dharker Studio to continue their good work. Suggestions: (add more love stories, more intense CGs, and make price fairer, and finally please hints how to unlock all CGS)

  super short... waste of money. There are way better "adult only" games on steam that are way cheaper. I will say that the artwork is nice and crisp, nevertheless it is the same few pictures recycled over and over again. I understand this is a visual novel game and my expectations were low going in and the game didn't even come close to meeting that. I noticed they are putting out another Echo Tokyo game which makes me wonder since this is soo short why didn't they wait and put them all together? (i know its about making money) I cannot help but think this is one of those garbage games steam talks about they put out short games marked adult only (with no actually adult content besides the words you are reading on screen) so you can get steam cards and a quick achievement and the company that made the game takes your money and laughs.
