  needs a lot of work still. turn off voice acting because it was unappealing, had to use google translate to change the language as the game started in Chinese. wish i could change controller type, i don't use x box controller. as the game is, i really do not recommend it right now, 2/10

  The game so far is pretty fun. Only concern I had was the language it started with in the main menu. If you can't read or really know where the "Option" button is, you will just fumble around till you get to it. Secondly, what really tick me the most was the way the CAMERA would slowly go up. I didn't see any settings to change that so I was constantly putting it back down. Other than those, so far it's interesting.

  The game is not ready for early access. Too many fundamental issues need to be addressed. This should be alpha, and beta tested for at least 6 more months to make it more polished for fundamental game mechanics to make sense. It took me 2 hours to figure out how to change the game’s language to English. a. Instructions on Steam given by the dev team had incorrect information. b. The game should start in English, and clear instructions on changing language should be built into the game. Once I was finally able to play the game. I could not name my character. - I attempted to name my character Purehope; however, the game things I was naming my character UR. I was warned that the word “UR” is a censored word. That is great; however, I wasn’t naming my character UR. - If a warning is coming up for a censored word, ensure the word is being used when you refuse to let a character be made. Characters, in other another word, should not count - There needs to be texted add to the game with alpha characters that are not allowed to be used when naming characters. So far, I have seen “sm” “ur.” The game is clunky and awkward to play. - I followed the instructions and tilled the land, and then planted/watered crops. When planting crops, a 3x3 area is highlighted. This seems normal at first. Then I started clearing out the weeds and received 3 onion seeds. Tilled the ground and started to plant the crops, and a 3x3 area came up. I couldn’t select where the crops were placed. - If you have less than 9 seeds in your inventory. - The box cannot be a 3x3, or something has to be coded in to say I want seeds here. - The hitbox needs to be a 1x1. -Or code in an opinion that you can change the size of the hitbox. Essential game mechanics tutorials still need to be included, but other non-essential ones are provided. - I wasn’t given a tutorial on when the game requires you to be in bed. - If you do not want to inform players of the 2:00 in bed or you will sleep on the ground in a tutorial. - It must be added to a help section or a codex so players can have this information. - The game made sure I knew how to upgrade and fix a broken animal pen. - Tutorials need to be progressive, and only essential gameplay ones must be given to you on day 1. - Even then, this doesn’t need to be a 3-page tutorial. - Suggest adding a help page or codex that has this information. Default Controls - I understand that this game wanted to put its own spin on default controls. But what the hell? I never reset controls in the game to play. It is essential I did for this game. They made zero sense. - Even after resetting the controls. The game feels unnatural to play. I can’t quite make out why. Tilled land disappears overnight. This would be essential information to add to the 6-page tutorial on tilling/planting/watering crops. - Again no warning at all for this one but WHY???? - The game requires energy to be used to till the land. - Just for your progress to be gone overnight?

  Really like this game so far! It works great on my Steam Deck. I personally haven’t come across any of the performance or game play issues I’ve seen some other people mention on here in relations to it being early access. I feel overall it plays really smoothly. Super cute animation style and cute characters. There is a decent amount of clothing options to unlock when it comes to character customization, and I’m hoping they will add some more to the hair style and other customization options as those are currently pretty limited minus the color options. Can’t wait to see what they will add to the overall game going forward and I’m excited to keep playing in the meantime. If you are into the cozy farming games, definitely give it a try!

  Its a cute chinese farming game (of course localized in english). The gameworld is awesome and really magic just like the characters and the games intro. You can pretty much plant right away and it all works good even with a controller. The HUD could be a bit smaller for my taste (playing on a big monitor) but it all works really nicely. I was expecting it to be more ruff actually so I am pleasantly surprised.

  aside from a little bit of odd translation, i really love this game! i love that you can level up your skills, and everything is SO CUTE! there are a few unique things that they do, such as the inner world system and upgrades for the town and animal pens. i am obsessed with this game and i can see myself playing it for a long time. the way the items are collected are so satisfying! love the trees being chopped down and the rocks exploding. i didn't think i would like giant crops but i do and its just all so CUTE!! you can change the language to english on the main menu! i think it is the third option, and then the third tab and use the arrow to change to english. i also recommend capping the frame with nvidia graphics manager, as the game's vsync doesn't cap correctly.

  Early Impressions The game reminds me a lot of My Time at Portia/Sandrock due to 3D, art style, distance between sites/NPCs +World is super cute, the graphics are very vibrant unlike some other farm games +NPCs have personality, live in the world, and react to your choices +some NPCs can gain resources for you which is nice +some of the dialogue and animations are quite funny (e.g. chopping a tree) +inventory is not a pain in the early game +Fast travel is nice Neutral ~The Inner World mechanic is unique and helps you connect to NPCs more, but the interface, mechanics, and impacts needs to be improved. I ended up pissing off some NPCs because I had no idea what I was doing lol. Simply telling players to be cautious is not enough especially as it can be quite tough to tell what someone will like/dislike! If that is the only advice that is to be delivered, then the inner world should feel more precious and immersive. ~Good amount of different systems to interact with, some need more content and organization, but overall there's quite a bit to do already which can keep you busy and interested, more so than other more popular farm games out there. Negatives -Most important negative: Translation needs some work. It's mostly there but some of the dialogue can be tough to understand because of the translation, throwing you off the experience. Also, some key actions have words that are misleading. E.g. "recycle" when you want to sell or "collect" when you want to accept a quest. -2nd most important negative: The game needs more detailed-level polish. There are many weird quirks that make the game feel a little rougher than it should. -some of the events/story beats feel a bit random, especially at first. may be due to the translation. -Music has some charm but is somewhat generic and needs more variety -not enough of an overarching story Overall, if you want something a super polished experience, I would wait until it is further along in early access or out of it to make that decision. Otherwise, if you like farming / life sims and want something to fiddle around with for a while, the charm and things to do once you get past the initial oddities should be sufficient to make this a worthwhile purchase.

  Its a beautiful game and want to say they already fixed the language its in English not sure why the thumbs down. Graphics are beautiful and it plays very smoothly . It reminds me of my time at portia minus the stress of complicated crafting, but bigger with the graphics of Yonder. Very beautiful game. Update so ive played for hours such a relaxing game with great graphics not once id i have to google or youtube anything . One thing i like is that you see the crop you planted grow in different stages. Such a relaxing game from sound to visuals .
