About the Game
Experience detailed, true-to-life recreations of various landmarks around the world. Each environment is authentically recreated using reference photos taken on location, and includes detail at both a small and large scale.
The in-game DLSR includes an abunance of settings that you'd expect from a real-world professional camera, which saves organised screenshots to your hard drive, like a collection of real photos. The Camera also simulates settings such as Auto/Manual Focus, Flash, Exposure, Contrast, White Balance, Aperture, Burst Shot and other effects for full creative control over your shooting. The game also provides tools that allow for otherworldly ways to manipulate your photos, such as manual adjustment of light angles, fog, weather, snow wind etc. An FPV drone, film camera and other items can also be discovered in the world too.
Aside from acting as a screenshot tool, The game is filled with optional tasks, hidden secrets and easter eggs. Objectives are not the first priority, but will reward the types of players who are patient, observant, and have a good eye for angles and perspectives.
Each environment has been created in Unreal Engine 5 and is built from the ground up to be both efficiently optimised and have the best visual fidelity. There are extensive custom settings that will help the game run on a wide range of systems, and will still take full advantage of high-end cards.
Planned! VR allows for some fun and creative ways to shoot in 3D space, and is a detailed, atmospheric setting to immerse yourself in.
My name is Matt, I'm from Perth in West Australia and I've been working on this project solo for about 4 years (as of April 2023).
