EDIT: While up to revision 0.18.1 the game was excellent fun I am unable to play later version due to Unreal Engine dropping support for WIN7 users. unfortunately this is the end for me until either a fix is found or i end up getting a new PC in the future. I would recommend but since the latest update 25/9/21 rendered the game dead on windows 7 machine due to requirement of DX12. I won't be upgrading machine since all other games run just fine.
SOOO adictive

Gameplay
- Not much to explain, build build and build some more.

Ultra Wide Support
- Yes.
Devs. Activity
- Never saw the dev. on Discord but the community is 1 of the best i ever saw, very helpful, feel free to join us if you have any questions.

Error's/Bug's
- Not really a bug, my main problem is the amount of fps drop i had, that's why i had to stop playing.

Recommended Price
- 12,49€ is just great, after full release anything between 20/25 will be fine.
Conclusion
Really addictive game, the main problems i had is the lack of tutorials so i had to go on Discord asking how to do a few things thank god the community is very helpful/friendly, the second problem is fps drop, after my factory got a little to big fps would go from 120 to 17 so it's impossible to play that way, i tried to put everything on low but nothing changed, optimization should be the number 1 concern for now. (i play every game i own on Ultra/High by the way) I had so much fun on my 66 hours run i 100% recommend this game to any fan of automation.

Awesome factory building game. I played this and Satisfactory, but I lean towards Evospace because it is more relaxing to me. Both great, but I prefer this one even though it's not as fancy in appearance as Satisfactory. This is a great little relaxing factory builder for sure. Very addictive!

This is one of the closest games I've played to Satisfactory and Factorio, but without any threats or monsters, the systems are similar. This game has a few extra moving parts that both the other games don't do, and it does it very well, although there's a bit of a learning curve because the tutorial is lacking. For an alpha game, there's QUITE a bit to mess around with in v0.18, the release I'm playing on. The dev is releasing v0.19 soon, and is still actively working on the game, still active on discord too. So the good, there's lots of moving parts and interconnecting parts and control on how to build your factory, and a crazy upgrade path, I'm 90 hours in, still not at current end game, still plenty to do, re-do, and fix with my factory, and still having quite a bit of fun. The only real bad I found is conveyor belts moving up and down are a little clunky, although if you hold SHIFT when moving them, which is the games way of auto-completeing big moves, they do work better then placing them one by one, but this area is a little frustrating and needs work as of v0.18. Really other then a couple other subtle things, this games really really surprisingly solid, and well worth the money imo. If you like GOOD factory games, do not pass this one up, and give it a couple hours in the start to learn the game, once you get rolling with the basics, you'll find it really has just about everything to offer, and every time you're thinking, it'd be cool if I can do this, you find out there's some way to do it that was hidden in the insane tree of things to unlock. I don't really review a ton of games, but I think with some marketing, this is one that should really take off, the only factory games I've played that I'd have to say are better currently, are literally Satisfactory, and Factorio, which isn't even really the same type of factory game. If you are into this kind of game give this a shot, I think you will be really surprised at what is has to offer, in the current alpha state!

Has a lot of potential, obviously needs more work being early access but the idea is pretty cool, does need a guide of some sort to get you going but I'm sure they'll see to that shortly, could do with some optimisation but other than that for an early access I'm pleased with my purchase, keep up the good work devs you could have a winner here.

tl:dr; 8/10 in current, under-developed form. Lots of potential. Worth it at twice the price in the "as is" state. Evospace is a promising little factory management game - like a 3D factorio. While it's still pretty early in development, it's also quite inexpensive right now, features enough content to offer several interesting hours of play as is, and has enormous potential. It's got your complexity fix for sure. With fluids and solids logistics and electricity, the core concerns are similar to factorio and already exceed Fortresscraft Evolved (another 3D factorio-like game). However, machines themselves are often multi-part. They aren't built with their own drive mechanisms or internal heating, so a furnace chamber or engine - complete with their own fuel/power source needs - are also required. Even further, while throwing ore at a smelter and then running it down a production line is a perfectly viable option for early metals, there are opportunities to both improve efficiency (using a macerator to powderize ore before smelting results in more metal) and obtain secondary resources. Separating the powderized form (necessary for higher metals) often offers other metals or materials. Pulverizing and washing seems to present a wholely alternative route to the same end, though I haven't played with it much yet. Graphically, the scenery is beautiful and - while the highest graphics do stress my middling GPU just a little, it handles nicely. Definitely pick this one up while it's cheap.

TL;DR This is basically Factorio meets Minecraft. 11/10, this pleases my autism. When you launch Evospace, you're presented with a beautiful, randomly generated world, ripe with resources for exploitation. But to build anything, you need materials, and mining the earth only grants dirt and rock that you can't really design anything with. You have access to a massive array of machines, conveyor belts, robotic arms, and containers, allowing you to set up your own factory to process the raw resources you gather. The complexity of the stuff you can build is endless, and with some creativity you can set up massive complexes that automatically processes fuel and ore into metal parts, cement, and more fuel. Most processes have waste materials such as ash or dirty water, but that can be recycled back in to useful materials. You spend hours optimizing your production line and interlinking your factory, and slowly begin to produce late game materials for more advanced machines. Mine, process, expand, optimize. And every once in a while, when returning from gathering materials, you see the massive complex you've built and rejoice at the expanse of industry. This game has been out for two months at this writing, and the dev seems very active. It has massive potential to become something special.

[strike]Not worth buying yet, if you don't have a OP CPU. I'm playing with intel 6k6 at 100% util and a GTX1070 with only 30-50% util at 20-60FPS on 1080p with Stutter (Sound and Loading). Crashing fixed, for now.[/strike] V18 is a whole remake (check the games news page). Updated engine and a lot better performance with better visuals. The Game graphics/textures are good for a voxel game. A Creative Mode and a playable Survival mode (only ressources yet). A lot of machines. Complex and hard to master. A lot of calculus. [strike]no real balance yet.[/strike]most things are balanced now It take a lot of time to reach something. creating blocks for machine foundation, automate things. Now with research techtree. no real Tutorial yet, and wiki is empty/wall of text, only a recipe table is there (but for 10 chain parts thats a lot to study for 1 little thing of so many) if you are a fan of Factorio, Satisfactory, Minecraft with Industry Mod then this is worth a try. I think the price is to low for the content but is increasing with big every update

Even though I had told myself no more early access, I bought this one and I am quite pleased. The developer is very active and continually evolving the game from the point it was when I bought it. Honestly, their early access version has much more polish than many finished releases I have tried out lately.

EDIT: The game has been transforming his meta in a good way, we still need a bit more time. It got potential but still needs some rework. ---- First glance was... AWESOME! later... seriously again everything? goodbye game Full terrain modification without blocky looking its awesome. First glance on mechanics with motors, pipes and belts really good. Once you go tier 3... Game's like this should be about automating, and it's always do everything again with +1, at the end you automatice nothing because it's a waste of time. You set everything to wash ore on copper? Repeat with steel with +1 thing, repeat with aluminium +1 thing, repeat with new steeel +1 thing, repeat with... goodbye How to improve? Auto mining should be sooner, like end steel. [EDIT: Done!] Belt's, robot arms, pipes and belts should be inexpensive Don't repeat the same item 7 times, do it 2 times. 1 with steam/heat, 1 electric. But NEVER repeat the same thing to give extra hours, I play to enjoy not to feel im a robot doing the same task 100 times
