  It's the vibrator arm. But for real tho, most people completely ignore this arm on higher difficulties because the healing isn't worth the arm slot, but this arm shouldn't be used mid battle. You'll want to use it like the old "vital star" items we had in previous games. You see, since divinity statues and nico's van allow you to buy and refill as many arms as you need, you can equip a bunch of sweet surrenders, break them all and get a full heal basically for free. Then, just reequip whatever loadout you were using and you're good to go. Full heal, full deck of arms. Of course, you need to spend a few orbs on them since these arms aren't exactly cheap (3500 orbs!) but once you get all upgrades, you won't need to worry about money again, so you can buy as many as you want and break them all for a quick heal before a hard section or a boss fight. This can come in pretty handy in higher difficulties where healing is sparse, and it has saved me multiple times during Nero missions in DMD. And to top it all off, there is no penalty to using this arm, so you can keep your 1.2x multiplier and have an easier time getting S ranks.

  It isn't useless in game it vibrates and slowly heals you apparently just so you know!

  Only healing item in the game. While a bit tricky to use, it can make a difference in tough spot.
