WeTeam is an efficient decentralized team incentive DAO tool.In any region of the world, any team/company can make the incentive plans for the team development by WeTeam. The incentive plan will be used to reward the members who have made outstanding contributions to the team.

In WeTeam, we expect all members to participate in every step of team development in a decentralized environment. It is the right of every member to start a proposal. For each proposal, members with team tokens can vote for it, the number of tokens they hold is the votes they can cast. this mechanism will encourage members to obtain more team tokens.

Any team can issue their own tokens, and the value of each token is far more than just digital assets, it can be exchanged for money, equity, options, vacations, and so on….tokens can also trade within the team and even cross-team.
