Capture your meter reading easily and conveniently with your rhenag app and use all online customer service functions from the rhenag customer portal quickly and easily via your smartphone. Our fault hotline * can be reached within seconds via the rhenag app.

• Easy login without re-registration with the login data for our online customer portal

• Reading the meter reading directly via the app

• Adjustment of the monthly discount

• Contract overview and access to invoices

• Direct reporting of power or gas faults to the fault hotline

Login and mobile use of the online customer portal:

To use the app, please log in as usual with the same login as for the rhenag online customer portal. Please use the combination of last name, customer number and your own password. If you have questions about the login or if you have forgotten your password, please use our online customer portal in the browser of your smartphone, tablet, PC or Mac to reset the password. This is currently not possible in the rhenag app.
