  Today they release the first bundle - the music and SE And they said there are 20 RM2000 Remixed BGM However in fact there is only 10 with two differet format: ogg and m4a Hey WTF are this things? Are you kidding? so I don't recommend buying this unless the upcoming 3 bundles are decent. ---------- 2nd pack is updated today. 15 or so characters from rm2k, with rm2k style faces, rmmv style faces, rm2k style busts and sideview battlers. Not bad. However, not as good as Cover Art Characters Pack. I would rather call this season pass "rm2k pass". And it be appeal to rm2k fans.

  It is not a "Season Pass" it will only get you 4 DLC and the one released is just RPG Maker 2000 remixes (and only half of what they said.) Looks to be a scam so far boys...

  I purchased this in advance hoping to get some really good new and original work for MV. Instead the first release is a very minor remix of old work from RM 2000. For those of us that already own 2000 as well this is a totally worthless addition. I could have converted the 2000 music myself, remixed it and because of owning 2000 had the same commercial rights but have all of the music. This really does look like the freebie Wednsday work they have been giving to try and get the content up which makes me wonder why it took so long for them to release this. A long awaited first 1/4 of my advanced purchase and officially regret purchasing this package. I can not recommend purchasing this for anyone that owns RM 2000. This addon is contains no real value to us which means if the next three are $10 as they said then it'll be the same price as purchasing the season pass. Better to wait and see if the rest is any good and just buy the pieces you want. For those that do not own 2000 already I'd sooner recommend just waiting for the next sale and purchasing an older RM version. I got a ton of them during the birthday bash sale and got rights to a LOT of music I can convert (which is easy) for less than this portion of the pack by itself. At 80% off I got all of 2003 for $4 which was well worth the money. Please do not mistake this recommendation as anything against MV. I LOVE MV, I just think giving us 10 retro song remixes from 2000 as the first long awaited installment to our prepaid season pass is kind of insulting.

  I wish I could recommend this. I love season passes! I love RPG Maker assets! But this one is lackluster. When I see the other content they are releasing for MV, this pack just falls flat. I would not have gotten the season pass had I known 50% of the pass would be remastered content from older engine versions. ----- Of the four packs, one has been released, the second previewed. The first was 10 remastered tracks from previous RPG Maker engines and 100 sound effects. Would have preferred something more unique (like, say, the Heist pack that just came out on Steam). But hey, I'm not a music person! The preview for the second pack underwhelmed me too. More remastered content from older engines. Characters, including side view battle sprites, are cool but with the character creator I can already make endless variations of characters. The portraits and busts would be the big draw except the art style did not impress me _at all._ The third will be a tile set pack, the fourth is a “surprise,” according to the Kadokawa peeps. If the remaster trend continues the next pack will be redone tiles from older engines. I already have a great selection of fantasy tilesets, both built in content and on the web in general… Would love to see steampunk, shadowrun-styled sets, or things like “demon village” or “celestial alien’s ship.” But I do like wacky things... I will update this review if, by the last release, I feel like it’s worth it. But, as it stands, each pack will be 10 dollars standalone and the season pass is 30, so unless all four packs light your fire then you're better off only getting the ones you want.

  So far the packs released for season pass buyers have been abysmal. If the penultimate pack is also bad (75% of the season pass is garbage) then I'm going to ask for a refund. It's all just remakes of rpg maker 2000 resources, I could have converted my rm2k music for free... with free programs, and I thought it would be origional content... Do not buy into this scam. The resources in the pack have such little content to them that they shouldn't be charging at all. EDIT: The 3rd dlc was released & was of the calibur I was expecting all 4 to be. I can't recommend buying this yet, unless there is a sale and you reaally want a train :P ... I'd wait to see the 4th one.. That said, even if you don't plan on using the train, there is a full 'tile c' interior set that you can use for any game using default RMMV resources. (You may have to edit the tiles a bit there are some issues like Characters standing on benches -.-)

  insulting DLC... i was positive. but, i changed. Why : - DLC 1 : useless - it's a remake - so not a quality new content - DLC 2 : useless - it's a remake - no bust... - so not a quality new content - DLC 3 : first impression : "WOW Great". I tried one week to use it. And the tileset was not tested. Pixel pb... the perspective is really bad (due to the tracks being only one tile wide). 1 month delayed to deliver. - DLC 4 : ten month after... we are waiting for it. I request answer on officiel forum. Subject closed with no answer. Great support men !! so. conclusion : negative

  I'm a huge fan of RPG maker MV but am so sad I bought this and its almost been an entire year, and he still only have 2 weak DLCs, the 3rd sounds like it will be good, but its been months and nothing. They said they were going to release them every 2 months....For a total of 8 months, we are on month 11 now...And 2 have not been released.... I have a feeling we got ripped off. :(

  I paid for this and have regretted it ever since. I can't believe the rip-off from the Season Pass; we were promised SEVERAL releases within 2 months of each other and now here we are December and only 2 things have been released, the Kids pack as DLC #4 which was supposed to contain 134 parts to create kids with and I open up my RPG Maker and see the Kids have in fact been added. 1 face, 1 hair and 1 clothing; one of everything. No release dates for things, no updates on a regular basis - nothing. I understand things can't just be slapped together, but I happen to know the team working on these. You cannot tell me that Kadokawa (which has the unbelievably gifted Archeia working for/with them) cannot put things together quickly. I have seen Archeia alone wip up an entire tileset in the span of a few hours and plop it online. Is it perfect? No, normally she has to do other things to it to get it to 'perfect', but that only takes about another day or so. This has been MONTHs. I'm beginning to feel ripped off and betrayed by such a promising group... Don't pay for the $30/USD for this pass. It is a huge waist of money and a very large disapointment from such a promising company with such an amazing team working for them.

  Well every DLC is now released and this is the reason why I don't recommend the season pass: 1.The first dlc contains music from the old rpg maker 2000 re mastered , to me is nothing good here to use. 2.The second dlc contains the characters from the rpg maker 2000 , again re mastered but for me I don't have any use for them and Alex side view character sprite is missing and the other problem I had with this one that some of the sprites characters here are free so its like I paid for some resources that where free. 3.The third are the tiles from a train ,this are pretty cool but they had problem in the software so I ended up not using them because of this and still don't know if they where fixed. 4.The fourth dlc is the kids generator parts now this are great for many of us that wanted to create kids , but the problem is that they only have 1 face variation and they are all mixed so the male and female kids will look the same, would had been better to had them separately as male kid and female kid so they could have their own parts , but still these is the best content. so I don't recommend getting the season pass because the first 2 content is not useful in my opinion and the second had some free resources given by them (and lots more in their japanese website) also the lack of communication for the resources some of the developers mentioned that they communicated on their website ,but not here and thats bad since the season pass is only sold here so they should had posted it here as well , also some people asked about the content and they mentioned that they where ignored and some reply from the the developers are kinda rude and that the impression I got when I saw them and that not how they should act , even if they gets a little angry at the consumer they should act more professional and try to ignore and comment something that doesn't sound rude , but if the comments are like aggressive that would only bring a unnecessary discussion and in this case the developers already lost the argument because they didn't deliver the content on time and they got paid, jet instead they where releasing other content but not this one on time (and the dlc said Kadokawa same as the ones that are making the season pass) if you want only the child parts I don't recommend buying 30 for the kids parts they are great but they said that is going to be released separate and if they make another season pass I suggest not to purchase it , because of the delays and you never know what content you're getting and I know thats the point but they could had given better resources in the first 3 like some of the newer dlc they had released recently that in my opinion they look better than this ones.

  Ok. So I purchased/aquired thwe season pass after all 4 DLCs were released so I can't really express any frustrations over the wait time. I have read some negative reviews here and some seem to be people not even understanding how to access the DLC files that get added to their RPG Maker. This stuff doesn't just drop into your project. You have to import it from the main game files so people should really check that out before they say some of the stuff on here about missing content. From what I see with everything, its not exactly a bargain but I can also say afetr working on my own graphics its really nice to have the train components and the child generator to work with. Sure people complain that "everyone" will use the same stuff but if the RPG Maker is something you want to take to a commercial level then you should really be figuring on doing some of your own designs/graphics anyway. The music stuff...I have no idea how top compose so thanks for that too. I really wanted the sideview characters from the second release for their components as I mix and match stuff on my own. I think the content is pretty good. It would be better in future to not make solid delivery date promises though as deadlines missed kind of make things look bad.
