  A very immersive deer experience taking place in Soviet Russia, where deer runs over *you*. The exhilaration felt when swinging through the city with neck is far greater than the PS4 and PS5 Spider-Man games; I really feel like I *am* using my long neck to propel myself eighty miles. While the reincarnated protagonist of this game may have superficial unsimilarities with real life deer, it does not hinder the game experience at all. The surreal sandbox-style gameplay allows anyone to have fun regardless of how skilled they might be, although there is still supple action to keep the elite gamers entertained. I also must applaud the masterful writing behind this game, nay, this art piece, which shows that the developers were truly thinking about more than just making a silly game where you're a superhuman deer. The protagonist in the opening scene prioritizes an unfamiliar deer's life above their own, showcasing truly admirable ethical qualities that make for a highly compelling protagonist that you want to root for regardless of the fact you control them anyway. After this heroic sacrifice, the game offers *you* the choice of whether you want to be reborn or to remain dead. While it may seem that the former option undermines the sacrifice that our hero made to save the life of that ignorant deer, it is, by the philosophical views this game showcases, the correct option by far. To remain dead after your admirable sacrifice when presented the option to continue living would paint you as cowardly and complacent. The protagonist seems to have thought that their life was worth the same, if not less than that of a common forest prey animal, and that existing would only, possibly be worth it if they could save the life of a deer. By choosing to remain in the dirt, you reinforce this belief and are booted back to the title screen, as you yourself wished to give up on yourself and cut your existence short. However, if you choose to be reincarnated, then the protagonist is brought back as a deer, the very creature that they considered a superior existence to their own. This and their new deer form's superhuman abilities symbolically serve to tell the protagonist that they are worth much more than they thought and that they can make more of a difference in the world than saving a random animal, if they so wish to. The idea of reincarnation is, of course, symbolic of the protagonist's substantial growth as a person. The reborn protagonist, although a deer, is unharmed by vehicle impact despite being sent flying; this represents the protagonist refusing to give up even in the face of setbacks now that they've grown and placed a higher value on themselves than before. What killed the protagonist in their previous life is now but an inconvenience to them. A giant koala looms over the city that the protagonist was spawned into, clinging onto a skyscraper at the very center of the city. The koala's size and height above everything else in the city are no accident, and I believe it represents the protagonist's lofty hopes and dreams for what they want to do with their life now. While it seems far too ambitious to truly achieve, with the protagonist's new ability to use their face as a grappling hook, they can reach for the skies and challenge the koala. The koala fights back of course, and fiercely, but through perseverance, the protagonist can ultimately defeat the giant koala; they can secure their lofty dreams. To summarize, "DEEEER Simulator" is a surreal, immersive experience that anyone can easily pick up and play, and provides behind the scenes one of the most compelling narratives I've ever seen in a video game that presents an uplifting response to nihilistic and otherwise hopeless philosophies. I wholeheartedly recommend this masterpiece to anyone who might be reading (maybe wait for a sale tho).

  First game on steam that I got 100%. From the beginning, I knew this game was going to be great. It really expresses the way deer are and how they work. I never seen such an accurate representation of a deer's point of view. We deer live a very simple live, guided by our ancestors for centuries. That fact that this game captures it so well, makes me feel like I am one with my forefathers. I highly recommend this game of you are looking for that immersive deer experience. My father use to take me out to do all these activities they provided in game, before he left of course. Sure, everything might not be 100% accurate but no game is that accurate. But I can say this will show you the general idea on how deer are in daily and old fashioned life. Today, we take for granted what we have now that we don't ever realize how hard it use to be, us deer of course. I am very grateful to this game because it shows what we have to go through and the struggles in our everyday life. Deer are a proud and noble race and we fight for our families and friends until we die. I have realized I have been losing my way a little bit until I played this game cause it reminded me of who I am, who we are. I can honestly say, if you are looking for a fantastic representation of a daily life of a deer, then this is the game for you. Thank you, and stay well my deer brother and sisters and they/them.
