  Truly epic game, the free-roam mode is what makes it best, you really feel badass jumping skyscrapers and watching entire US Army trying to stop you and fail miserably. RPGish progress where you spent evolution points on power upgrades and new tricks is well done. Surprisingly the story is pretty good as well, and there is a decent plot twiss. The graphics were dated when this game was released now they are pretty crappy but that does not take the awesomeness of the game. Flaws? Well the graphic for one, bad side-missions, repetitive NPC models making you feel like in clone wars. Nothing major.The combat can get a bit repetitive if you don't mix things up. Great game.

  I liked it back then but doesn't seem to work on Windows 10 (or my my video card, or whatever else). I looked for a solution online, installed a patch and still I can't even start a game. Not gonna bother anymore if it's too much trouble: I already work on a computer all day, just wanna play games at home, not keep working even more. Shame on Steam and everyone involved for selling games that stopped functioning years ago.

  Hello friends here some fixes hope some of them are helpfull please let me know if i can help :) to make the game able to boot and play Disable cores and choose MAX 4 cores 1. go to task manager control+alt+delete 2. go to details 3. go to steam 4. rightclick steam and choose ''set affinity'' 5. enable MAX 4 cpu's (cores) Preferably choose 3 cores 6. click ''ok'' and boot ''Prototype'' again it should not crash anymore For betting resolution 1. install ''Prototype'' Normally ***there are 3 folders in this zip file*** 2. go to the folder where the game is installed at (right click the game in steam library and choose ''Manage > Browse local files'' ---------- (1) is the file for normal resolution of the game (below 1080P) 3. Delete the file ''prototypeenginef.dll'' (2) is the file for 1080P resolution 4. download (https://community.pcgamingwiki.com/files/file/1486-prototype-resolution-and-fov-fix/) (3) is for the file for 2160P and above resolution 5. Place the downloaded file in the ''installation folder'' where prototype is installed at (from step 2) 6. relaunch the game and the resolution should be improved For higher FPS 1. go to ''start'' and open ''device manager'' 2. go to ''Human interface devices'' 3. disable all ''HID- compliant consumer control device'' 4. download (https://community.pcgamingwiki.com/files/file/789-directinput-fps-fix/) 5. place the downloaded file in the ''installation folder'' where prototype is installed at 6. relaunch the game the Fps should be atleast 60 now -The Files specifies to download in this info should be in the same folder where you found this- -Pc Specs- -I9 9900K -32 Gb Ram -RTX 2080Ti 11Gb Vram
