Preferences > Appearance > Dialpad Size > Height > Set = 1.30x - 1.50x

Preferences > Appearance > Dialpad Size > Width > Set = 0.90x - 1.00x

Preferences > Appearance > Dialpad Text Size > Small or Normal

Preferences > Appearance > untick ABC at Right.
