What is Sodexo Pay Merchant?

Sodexo Pay Merchant is a mobile application allowing merchants to receive payments from consumers using the Sodexo Pay application, with a simple gesture using their mobile phone, at no additional cost.

Who can use Sodexo Pay Merchant?

All Sodexo Tunisia merchants having a contract with Sodexo Tunisia for the acceptance of the Meal Card, Gift Card or Clothing Card as well as a valid Tunisian mobile phone number.

How can I receive payments with my Sodexo Pay Merchant app?

To receive payments, you must first ensure that you have an internet connection, then install the Sodexo Pay Merchant application on your mobile phone.

Account creation and service activation will be required to accept QR code payments.

Once logged in, you can:

- either have the consumer scan the QR code you generated using their Sodexo Pay application

- either scan the existing QR code on the back of your card

Each validated QR code transaction will generate a confirmation notification for the merchant as well as the customer. This notification will mention the transaction number, the consumer account code, the merchant identifier, the amount of the transaction, the time and the date of the operation.
