Great DLC! It's not a complete game changer but it adds a few more things which change the game a little. For me personally I feel like the devs should focus more on adding new meaningful traps and buff existing ones that aren't really used right now. I believe in this game and dev studio. :) Keep up the work guys!

Honestly its really saddening to say that this Dlc is kinda disappointing. There are only 3 new Maps, one new weapon (a fire type weapon, that is pretty much useless when you play maps with fire immunity enemies), one trinket (that is basically a weaker jar of ghosts) and one new trap (i like that one actually). No new characters, no skins, not even new voicelines. And one of the new maps is way too wide, the other is way to split up, there isnt even a new war scenario map. I was really looking forwoard to this dlc, but its just not enough. especially considering its like 6€. Definetly not worth the price

Fun DLC if you like the game franchise. Do keep in mind that you only get 3 extra scenario maps and the new cyclops race is fun, but still needs a bit of balancing. They don't really add that much to the game to be honest, shaman is pretty weak and the totem is easy to destroy. The blizzard theme is nice too but like with the cyclops it only seems to be cosmetic. And there is no story to kick off the campaign (not like the movies scattered over steam) If i would give it a rating : - Maps are nice! 7/10 - The Cyclops adds some but not too much 6/10 - playability is waaay to short! 4/10 For the price...... if youre a fan like me buy it. Otherwise wait for a good discount because this pack in it's current state doesn't offer that much bang for it's buck

-=|| Disappointing ||=- Drastic steps had more content than this dlc. sure the price was reasonable but it added so little content, it isnt worth it unless you are an avid completionist. The DLC adds only 3 maps, credit where credit is due, the maps are quite hard but its very short. There isnt even a war scenario (which is pretty much one of their main gimmicks for OMD3). Even fire & ice in OMD2 had more to it. I'm glad they are releasing content and DLC for this game but honestly this could have been so much more. This DLC had a lot of potential but in the end, I did the whole thing within an hour and found it underwhelming. Also the maps are not optimised at all, my FPS usually hits 100fps in other maps but these ones, my fps was all over the place, sometimes hitting 70 and other times 25 with nothing going on. I know you guys can do better and I cant wait until you release worthy DLC but this was a weak effort imo.

TLDR: Buy to support devs, otherwise, pass. I am very split on this one and wish Steam added a neutral choice, the snow maps are nice and all, adding a new group of monsters to kill, but the Ogre Shaman is the most infuriating god damn thing EVER! There is no way to counter them except for killing them fast and early before they plant their damn Banner that breaks traps until broken, but when you got several gates to watch, yea, you're kinda screwed there and must resort to the "arm TF out of the Rift Room" tactic which i was never really a fan of. The flamethrower is nice....unless you're playing on any other map that has Flame enemies, then it is more useless than a screen door on a submarine. The Molten Gold trap is Very useful in Endless since it brings in Tons more cash, but outside of Endless, it is bloody useless. No new characters, no new skins, no new voicelines (from what i could tell, although i do not believe i've heard Vorwick's Unchained line before) only 3 maps, 1 weapon, 1 trap and 1 trinket (and the trinket is COMPLETELY useless) It feels more like Vermintide 2 here, new DLC, 2-3 missions....joy. There are two things about this that i cannot decide if they are teasing something to come which i Desperately want, or if it's just a cocktease. The 3rd map Frostbitten, it's from OMD: Unchained (just, frozen and decrepit), which IMO is superior even with all 3 OMD combined. The extra coins being earned from the Molten Gold Trap reminds me of the Prospector's passive that has a chance to makes enemies drop bags of coins upon death. I cannot tell if they realized the potential that OMG:U had, and reusing assets from Unchained in OMD3 to not let it go to waste. Eitherway, it gives me hope and depression whether or not something will come of it.

This DLC is not worth it. You get 1 new trap, 1 new weapon, 1 new trinket, 1 new enemy type and 3 new maps. The trap is good. The weapon is ok but it's useless on maps with fire enemies. The trinket is also useless as it's outclassed by the stone staff and doesn't provide much benefit. The new enemy type is pretty cool but nothing super game changing. The maps are all over the place and are annoying to navigate. I really like this game but this DLC is a complete miss. The price doesn't justify the amount of content. If you wanna get it wait for sale.

New maps, great New enemies, awesome New weapon, ok New trap, eh You can finish the entire DLC in a little over an hour, not all maps are included in scramble, and the game is honestly too easy. There's too many glaring issues with the upkeep of this game to warrant $9 for this. I'll buy it anyways to support the studio, but the game deserves so much more than this.

TL;DR: Overall incredibly disappointing. Not worth the money, feels designed with anti-fun in mind. New weapon is pretty useless; one of the enemy types in the base game is immune to fire, and there is no unique upgrade to change the damage type to literally any other, more useful damage type. None of the new enemies are weak to fire. New trap is pretty okay; not much to say about it. The new enemies are not terribly interesting. They heal each other on death, and you have no way to counter this, so it's quite frustrating to deal with them. The maps are... honestly the worst part. Money feels incredibly stingy, The first map has a single walker entrance, and a flyer entrance. There is about ten square feet to place traps that will reach the flyers. This is a recurring theme across all of the levels. The second map has a flyer entrance, and a branching path for flyers to take to avoid most of your traps, as well as two walker entrances that do not converge anywhere except right in front of your rift, and there is no decent ceiling space here. The last map has four entrances, and a single path that converges for two of the entrances. The wife and I did not complete this map, because by this point, we'd noticed that our hits were not registering on most enemies, and traps were dealing no damage, making things far more difficult than they needed to be. To add: we were mostly using traps that at least one type of enemy was weak to, and nothing anyone was resistant to. The maps feel like they're designed to cause frustration, more than they feel like they're designed with fun in mind. The contents of this DLC specifically targets/counters common killboxes, and provides no new useful tools with which to deal with the new threats. To top it off, there are no new voice lines, skins, or cutscenes. You just plop into the map, and you're going. Overall, this DLC feels incredibly rushed, unpolished, and genuinely isn't fun to play at all. Very disappointing given that my wife and I are massive fans of the series, but we will not be playing these maps again, unless they are heavily tweaked.

Honestly one word - Flamethrower. It has amazing synergy with many traps and is just a blast to use. Everybody is complaining about price, but for the amount of content in this CHEAP pack, you get more than one SKIN costs in other games. Great value.

The main problem with Cold as Eyes is it confuses challenge with frustration. I 5 skulled every map on every mode, but compared to the base game it was drudgery. To be fair, it is not a bad value: 3 maps, 3 situational items, and a different experience. I might pick it up on sale. But don't expect it to be the same level of fun.
