THVLi TV application allows users to watch free on-demand TV via the Internet of Vinh Long Newspaper and Radio and Television, officially operating from January 15, 2018. With this application, viewers can watch live, re-watch all TV programs with rich, attractive content suitable for all audiences anytime, anywhere, broadcast on 4 channels THVL1 HD, THVL2 HD, THVL3 HD, THVL4 HD and Radio channel.

Main functions of THVLi TV:

- Watch online TV channels THVL1 HD, THVL2 HD, THVL3 HD, THVL4 HD and Radio channel.

- Introduce THVL's outstanding programs

- Immediately review entertainment programs (9pm Gameshow, Vietnamese and foreign movies) right after they are broadcast.
