Steps to Use :

» Download the app from the playstore and finish installation.

» Open the app and register yourself as Owner/Employee and then register your Karobar/Business.

» If you are an owner, add your staff by adding the required details. And now Lets Begin.

Features :

Add Staff : Add staff helps you to register your staff with their necessary details such as Name, Contact Number, Location, ID proof, category etc. It makes the further Karobar process easy and smooth.

Attendance : You can manage your staff attendance automatically and manually easily with this feature. Attendance can be calculated via :

QR Code : QR Code generator and scanner makes it easy to mark employee attendance with much ease in offline businesses.

Manually : Owner is authorised to manually mark the attendance of employee and employee is allowed to check the same on his profile.

Notifications : Allowing notification helps you to be notified every time an employee checks in.

In-attendance features : Employees can be marked as present or absent manually and automatically by a single tap.

Paid Holiday : Owner can grant paid holidays to employees simply by tapping on paid holiday feature. This will allow employees to enjoy holiday without a deduction in the wages. Owner can mark all the paid holidays of month at once with this easy to use feature.

Half Day : Salary Calculator will automatically calculate half of the daily wage if employee is marked as Half Day in the attendance, making the process easy for both Owner and employee.

Location Tracking : With the GPS enabled and Location Tracking System, Owner is authorised to track location of employee anytime during business hours. Thus, making Owner-Employee relation more transparent and business, more efficient.

Track All/Track One : Owner is authorised to track all the employees at once or can also choose to track all employees of a single category (such as Salesman, HR, Manager) at once or can track a single employee at a time. It saves Owner’s time by being specific to the needs.

Report : Monthly Report feature helps you to check all the due amount, Staff’s salary, staff’s monthly attendance, list of paid holidays and others at one place. Thus providing you the data in an arranged pattern to access easily.
