Buttons for Alexa turns the Alexa commands you already use into quick Android shortcuts. Record the command once, then run it later from a home-screen widget, Android Auto, the app itself, Tasker or a compatible automation.

Get started in a few steps

1. Create the routine you want in the official Alexa app.

2. Sign in with your Amazon account in Buttons for Alexa.

3. Record the audio command that triggers the routine.

4. Add a widget or choose another way to launch it.

Use it for the routines you reach for every day: open the gate or garage, turn lights on or off, start Bedtime, switch on heating or air conditioning, run an “I’m home” routine, or build a simple control panel on an Android tablet.
